   All the phone does is crash and freeze over and over again.
   When I try to restart the phone it called the emergency services because the phone is frozen I can not end the call.
   Not worth the endless times of having to try to restart the phone and end up calling 999.

   Bought a refurbished mobile which looked great but didn’t work, although a full refund was issued for the cost of the phone I had to pay £3-69 postage to return it and that wasn’t reimbursed.

   I have been waiting for about two hours and still not updated as new phone cannot do anything but wait. If it does not update soon will be returning not happy at all 😡

   I first bought this particular model 6 years ago, and it proved to be incredibly reliable, fast, and easy to use. Recently, I lost that phone and decided to buy the same model again — this time as a Renewed device listed in Excellent condition. I’m happy to say it truly lives up to that description.

   The phone arrived looking like new — no scratches, no signs of wear, and working flawlessly right out of the box. It performs just as well as my original one, handling daily tasks like messaging, browsing, social media, and even light gaming without any issues. It’s smooth, stable, and surprisingly responsive for a model this age.

   Battery life is just as impressive as I remembered, lasting a full day with normal use. I haven’t noticed any drop in performance or power, which says a lot about how well this device holds up over time.

   Connectivity is reliable, with strong 4G signal, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS performance. The dual SIM capability is a big plus, especially for anyone who needs to manage personal and work numbers separately or travels often.

   From a value-for-money perspective, this purchase was a win. It’s affordable, well-built, and more than capable of handling everyday use. For a Renewed phone, it exceeded my expectations.

   One small downside: it came only with a charger — no manual, warranty card, or original packaging materials you’d typically expect. While not a dealbreaker, it’s something to be aware of, especially if you’re buying it as a gift.

   All in all, I’m very satisfied and would absolutely recommend this phone to anyone looking for a stable, fast, and cost-effective smartphone — especially in Renewed condition. It feels just like new.

   Had My Phone For Quite A While Now And On The Whole Iam Quite Impressed ,The Finger Print Scanner Works ,The Picture Quality Is Good ,The Sound Is Good ,The Camera Takes An Ok Picture For A Phone It Does What It’s Supposed To Do It’s Very Easy To Navigate Round ,But It Does Have Problems For One It Has A Habit Of Freezing In Mid Frame ,It Switches Itself Off ,(Very Annoying)
