The Oukitel C61 is a solid choice if you’re after a big screen phone without breaking the bank. The 6.88” display is bright and colourful, and surprisingly sharp for the price. It feels slim in hand despite the larger size, and the design is clean and modern. Performance is more than enough for day-to-day use. The 16GB RAM helps keep things smooth when multitasking, and the 128GB storage is great if you take lots of photos or download media. Android 15 runs well, and the new customisation options make the UI feel more personal. The 13MP camera won’t replace a flagship, but it gets the job done for quick snaps and video calls. The battery easily lasts the day, and the OTG support is a nice bonus if you want to charge other devices

The 6.88-inch screen is huge, very clear, and the 90Hz refresh rate makes scrolling feel incredibly smooth, even if I don’t quite know the technical side of it. The camera does the job for the price. The 13MP rear lens can be a bit unreliable in low light, but for birthday parties and afternoons by the duck pond, it’s perfectly adequate. The battery life is great – it easily lasts a couple of days, which saves me having to worry about charging it right after the school run.

I just got my hands on the OUKITEL C61, and I must say, it’s truly an impressive little device. It features a large, clear 6.88-inch display that’s fantastic for watching videos and browsing, and it feels nice and slim in your hand – surprisingly sleek for a phone of this type, to be honest. The visuals are vibrant, making everyday activities, whether it’s catching up on social media or reading, a genuine delight.
Powered by the latest Android 15, it operates incredibly smoothly and responsively. There’s no noticeable lag when switching between apps or multitasking, thanks to the solid 16GB RAM and generous 128GB storage. Everything runs along effortlessly, which is a huge advantage when you’re busy or just want things to function quickly. The battery life is impressive; its 5150mAh easily lasts me all day with regular use, often extending well into the evening, which is a significant benefit. I’m not constantly anxious about it dying on me during the day.
The camera is perfectly adequate for everyday photos and quick video calls. The 13MP main camera does a great job, capturing moments clearly, and the 5MP front camera is good enough for selfies.
