Unfortunetly I have to write a negative review for this supplier. Purchased a Samsung A51 phone which arrived quickly but had a faulty power button. It stopped functioning. Returned and supplier asked if I want a replacement or refund. I requested a replacement(in hindsight should have requested a refund). The replacement phone never arrived after waiting for days and supplier stopped responding. Amazon were great as refunded the money when escalated.

Arrived promptly. However packaging inferior, slight scratches on screen, charger incompatible then purchased correct charger which didn’t charge mobile. Now have to pay to track & return. Hoping my refund (to include return) is processed!

All was good with the phone but the charger included is a USB-C to USB-C cable with no plug – so effectively useless without buying a plug and/or convertor.
At a minimum a USB to USB-C charger and plug should be included or it should be clear in the description what is included (it just said charger) as I had to wait a few days for the necessary extras (plus of course the extra cost) to arrive before I could do anything with the phone.

Arrived within two days and very well packaged. I specifically chose this phone as it was the same model as my damaged one. The phone is in pristine condition. Have set everything up today, account and app wise, and so far so good.
