had 2 previous like this but 2G – they were great, easy to use, loud ring, husband also had one – we had to go to 4g so immediately ordered 2 more for us – not happy at all, awkward to use, ring volume is crap, can barely hear it when quiet and on my own, so got no chance when things going on!!!!!, battery doesn’t last as long as my other one either
