Product arrived very quickly considered it departed from the states to come to the UK, in a matter of 4 days!, couldn’t believe the speed, laptop arrived in good packaging, had a cosmetic blemish that has nothing to do with the seller, but a manufacturer issue, seller offered a more than reasonable partial refund, very happy with the quality of service and product, and will happily purchase from them again.

Compre la laptop y llego antes de lo marcado, sin embargo, no sirvio para nada, la pantalla se congelaba, me solto un pantallazo azul y no me permite trabajar ni hacer mis tareas.

I originally bought this laptop without noticing it had a US keyboard layout – totally my fault! 😅 Living in the UK, that threw me off a bit (where’s my £ sign?!). That said, it’s actually a really sleek and good-looking machine. Feels premium and well-built.
Big shoutout to the seller – super helpful and understanding. I returned the laptop and got my refund without any hassle. If you’re based in the US or don’t mind the keyboard difference, it’s definitely worth considering!
