In good cosmetic condition but with a hardware fault machine kept blue screening and crashing at arbitrary intervals. Clearly the machine was not checked properly.
Annoying issues and NO seller support whatsoever.
Amazon intervened and provided a full refund.
Not a seller I would feel comfortable with so not recommend. Sorry

Laptop was OK but not as advertised on Amazon’s Web site. I ordered a Dell Latitude with windows 11 and was sent one running windows 10,and charged me £60 extra for this. I tried to get a replacement but that’s not available. When I did eventually speak to a human this was solved and a refund was made and the Laptop was picked up by a courier. This was done very efficiently. It was a good laptop so I’m quite Disappointed.
