   Like a customer before ,no product key with windows PRO Windows 11home needed activating ,be warned I had to seek help being elderly and buy windows11 PRO.

   The laptop is a wee bit flimsy, the screen is difficult to see it’s very wishy-washy and it took me hours to get the color profile adjusted for all colors for clarity. I think this laptop is not the best for the money, I am surprised that HP produces such a poor device, the keyboard is okay, it is quite heavy for its performance and to be honest, I would recommend a different product for this price, I am disappointed overall. Battery life is also not great after several charges it seems to lose a few hours of use from HP quoted life, the screen clarity is the worst part of this.

   We bought a laptop for an office use, 6 months later a message came up asking us to activate windows. Our IT manager identified that a volume key was used (when it should not) and messaged the seller but so far we have not seen a reply from them.

   The laptop has a great spec but poor usability, only works fine with full lighted room. Battery last 3 hours only if you are browsing, when playing a game battery last around 1 hour. Poor screen quality. There are other computers here that cost less. Today I returned it after 13 days of pain.
   Also don’t buy from this seller, they will make you pay for the posting to return the product which has to be 1st Class (£18)

   The product is described as Windows 11 Pro, but both laptops that I bought had a licence for Windows 11 Home.
   I need to purchase another. Can you ensure that it has a working Windows 11 Pro key installed, and a full year warranty?
