O smartwatch veio embalado em uma caixa com carregador e pulseira vermelha… porém o carregador não funciona! Tive de comprar outro carregador porque o que veio está com mal contato (às vezes funciona, às vezes não)…
Sobre questão de estética, veio com um pequeno arranhão na tela, coisa que só quem olha de perto percebe… Como estou a usá-lo com capa e película protetora, isso não foi um problema! O restante do relógio veio perfeito, com alguns pontos de desgaste (na região onde a pulseira encaixa), mas isso é desgaste normal (na verdade eu nem considero isso como defeito)…

I bought this as an upgrade for my Apple Watch as I needed more functions. It arrived well-packed and with a new charger. I had no difficulty in setting it up and have been using it now for about a fortnight. I would honestly say that it is like a new watch. I am very pleased.

Had a chunk missing on the watch surround that was visible from the other side of the room, so much further than 30cm. The strap was very cheap looking but the watch works perfectly. Maybe the wrong one was sent out or orders mixed up.

The watch was in red and arrived with on very small mark that is now hidden by a screen protector. I have had it for about a month and the battery is good and all functions work well. The measurements appear to be as accurate as you would expect and the set up was standard Apple easy to use. Overall compared to buying a new watch this is great value for money.
I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Pros: decent price -nice red -arrived quickly. Cons: -came with no instructions-no apple charger just a universal one. The straps were just loose in the box and the watch in a bubble wrap bag.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. And I will be honest and say Loop mobile have been easy to deal with. But when I ordered this item from Amazon Renewed I firstly assumed it was sold by Amazon just like items from Amazon warehouse. Every item sold via Amazon renewed says it is made to look and work like new. As you can see this was sent not even clean so I’m my opinion it’s a million miles of being like new. Battery health of the watch was 91% so it’s also miles off working like new.
Apple sell the best refurbished items and they really are like new.
I expected a similar level of service from amazon but was ready to be accepting of a slightly lesser experience.
I basically received a 2nd hand item that’s possibly been turned on to be tested but that’s it.
If this is the sort of item sold via amazon renewed then they seriously need to bin off the whole of amazon renewed.
Unless you’re getting the absolute best bargain ever I’d personally wait for the amazon warehouse sales they do or simply search around for better deals.
