    It does what it’s supposed to. I give it 4 stars for performance, but you can get the same thing for MUCH MUCH less money from brands other than Apple. I’m happy to pay the “Apple tax” on other Apple products but the pricing of their Watch bands is taking the mickey.

    My wrist is quite large due to accident last year. Hard to find a big enough strap but this one was perfect. So easy to do up and it looks great. Would recommend.

    I purchased a silicone watch strap from Apple as, although £50, I believe in their products and wanted a strap that would guarantee security for my expensive Apple watch. It’s the perfect strap for me because I’m allergic to stainless steel. When the £50 silicone strap split at just 7 months old I was surprised but armed with my Apple receipt I visited the Apple store where purchased to express my disappointment as obviously it must have been a fault and to receive a replacement. No chance. Wouldn’t replace it. Suggested it had been overstretched – it’s a silicone watch strap fitted by Apple. It had split from the middle out, not an edge or a join. Absolutely shocking customer service. When I suggested that I would have been better off purchasing a £5 one from a Prime delivery website the manager of Apple Store responded with ‘yes’. So don’t waste £50 on a genuine silicone Apple watch strap that will get ‘stretched’ because they really don’t value , or deserve, your custom.
    Just for info, I telephoned Apple Customer Support as maybe store manager was having a bad day but no, if said watch strap had split after 3 months they still wouldn’t have replaced it as ‘it’s wear and tear’. Save your money and don’t buy genuine Apple accessories as they don’t last and Apple don’t give a monkeys!
