Apparently, the company does not want to support the Arabic language yet, despite user requests since 2018. Arabic messages appear in the form of symbols and interrogatives, which I do not recommend.

Updated from the V2 because it was no longer working fully.
Nice colour like the photo but I prefer the other types of fastening over this strap.
The product is well packaged and easy to set up even for a technophobe.
Delivery was as described and efficient.
The product itself can sometimes glitch, this is likely software issues but it is frustrating. Quick to charge, battery lasts well.

I am satisfied with my watch. The battery is long-lasting, the Fitbit app is modern and practical. In addition to all the normal recordings of steps, running, physical exercise, there is an aspect with online classes such as pilates, cardio, etc.
two negative points: if I don’t take the cell with me when I go running, the watch won’t save my run on Strava! And The GPS must always be on!!! If I go to the gym or train at home, it records the workout on the Fitbit app but it doesn’t automatically go to Strava (it only goes to Strava for GPS activities). To do this, I found a user on the internet who created an app for this purpose (which I think is incredible) called Fittostrava.

Whilst on holiday up North, my Versa 2 finally became unreliable and died after three years. I had the new Versa 4 sent to the campsite I was on and love it. It was very easy to set up and is lightweight. The battery life is good and I only have to charge it every 6-days. I do love the motivation buzzer as it stimulates me to get walking and try and complete my 10,000 steps a day. Sometimes, unachievable though depending on what I am busy doing. I wear it all day and night as I like to see how many hours sleep I get each night. So far so good. I highly recommend this Versa 4 watch.

Fitbit Versa, 2 months old and stops working on a regular basis. To fix problem you need to run battery down and reset up again.
Now I own a Apple watch, should have purchased this instead!

Nice looking, but beyond that it’s quite expensive and frankly, very poor quality for the price.

    The Good:

    – Looks nice
    – Battery Life seems decent, charged it once in a week and it hasn’t dropped below 50% yet.
    – Fitbit companion App is decent enough

    The Bad

    – Slow/Unresponsive. Not slow enough to be unusable, but slow enough to be annoying. Especially prevalent when viewing your “Today” stats (total steps, calories, flights of stairs etc).
    – Stats can get “stuck” on the clock face. Especially prevalent with HR, which sometimes is just stuck at whatever it was 5 minutes ago. Not very useful if you’re wearing it during exercise and trying to maintain/peak at certain HR thresholds.
    – Basically no Smart Watch features beyond the display looking nice. Notifications from phone are also slow/unresponsive. Fitbit pay has limited buy in from banks – no major UK banks are supported – and Google pay is “coming soon”
    – No Music/Spotify Controls and no timeline on if or when they will be coming
    – No 3rd Party App support

In short, it offers very little over my old Inspire other than SP02 and flights of stairs, neither of which I’m massively interested in. Bought because I wanted a Fitbit but with Smart Watch features, ended up just buying an overly expensive – arguably unfinished – fitness tracker with a bigger display!

Returning after 1 week of use. Save your money. The Versa 3 is basically the same but with actual Smart Watch features.

So many functions, count calories when exercising, counting hours of your sleep, how good was your sleep as well, so many exercise function,I wear it every time. You can swim with the watch, or even using steam room or sauna without removing them. Quality good, charging process ok. Design lovely, screen size good, value for money good. Also to avoid scratches there is so many covers to choose .

    👍 RECOMENDABLE.

So far so good! After a couple of months, the battery still only needs charging once a week, and even then I can push it to 9 days if I’m lazy. I use the timer feature daily once or twice, the alarm twice-weekly, I have a watch-face downloaded from the store which alleges to use a lot of battery power, so maybe I could get more battery if I didn’t care for the aesthetics of the face so much. I don’t use the map feature, or haven’t yet, as I haven’t needed to. Maybe this would drain the battery more.

I’ve been able to sync two bank accounts to the Google Pay app. Virgin and Santander, both an easy setup. Some readers seem to not accept this style of watch/payment, like the local busses, so I still have to keep a spare bankcard on me just incase I run into this problem.

The notifications, as with the Alta, are… somewhat useless. When I update the app, I’ll receive notifications from texts/discord for a few hours, and then they won’t arrive anymore. I don’t really care about this feature, but it’s a quality of life improvement when it does work. The app frequently reports there’s a problem with notifications. If I turn an arbitrary random toggle on and off then it works again for an hour or so, but I don’t really care enough.

I’ve been swimming for 1 hour a week and had no issues with the watch following each swim. It’s also survived some heavy rain-fall and a lot of washing up.

The strap is… fine. I wouldn’t wear it all the time. it’s softer than I expected, but I still bought a replacement that looks smarter and feels better. I use the strap it came with for swimming only, as it’s quite water repellent.

The pedometre is good, it took a few days I guess to sync with my movements. Day 1 of ownership I excitedly walked around the house counting my steps manually, and saw it counted 1 in every 10. But when I’m walking outside, and I guess making more body-movements, it counts those steps okay.

I don’t enjoy the activity-tracker face. When I’m wearing a watch it’s mostly because I want to know the time, but when it automatically begins to track my walking I have to scroll to the bottom of the display to see the time. Frustrating when I’m trying to move quickly for a bus or train and just need to know if I’m going to get there on-time and I have to slow my pace to swipe the screen. I guess the feature can be disabled, but I wish it would just put the time at the top of the screen then let me scroll for further information. Also annoying when I’m swimming, as I can’t see the wall-mounted clocks without my glasses lmao, and I can’t check the time on my watch because the time is not visible for the activity tracker. Baffling. I have to stop an squint, which is hilarious but is an interruption. This is the reason for the loss of 1 star, because that annoys me regularly.
