    Grace Hall –

    For an expensive vacuum this one is a dud. I have cleaned the filter, checked for blockages, been careful not to plug it in to charge when the battery is hot. And it just cuts out on me constantly! Today I couldn’t even turn it on. It cut out immediately. Everyone says the batteries are the weak point… well a batter should last more than 6 months with weekly use. SO disappointed in this machine.

    I called the helpline and the vacuum is just defective. They are sending me a new vacuum body as a replacement as it was under its 2 year warranty. Here’s hoping the second one isn’t also a lemon.

    A VERY expensive mistake – it lasted just until the 1-month return policy was over and hasn’t worked since. The supplier doesn’t come back and Amazon has washed its hands. Bear in mind that this is a £400 machine. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

    This is a dream for anyone who detests cleaning with a ball vacuum. The Dyson 10 stick has great suction on the middle button and on that one there is autonomy for 20 minutes. I have learned to do my small house in perpetual phases, a little every other day or so, and this has changed my life. I have only had it for a month though so I cannot speak for it long term. One thing which is completely dumb however, is the small brush attachment which doesn’t work at all as it slides too easily. Also a great shame that there is not a way to attach other pieces from the animal ball unit because the diameter is smaller. If there was a conversion from one to the other I could use the small brush and use other attachments. But this is a great machine!

    Es muy práctica, muy fácil de usar. La velocidad mínima tiene la suficiente potencia y la pila dura más de cuarenta minutos en esa velocidad; tiempo suficiente para limpiar mi casa del polvo y los miles de pelos de mis perros. Es muy fácil vaciar el depósito, sin polvo volando por todas partes como con mi aspiradora anterior. La verdad es que estoy encantada, es de las mejores compras que he hecho. A mí me la recomendó una amiga, que también tiene perro, y yo la recomiendo también ampliamente, De verdad que me ha simplificado la vida, y puedo tener mi casa limpia en pocos minutos, sin cansarme, ni enredarme con cables, ni llenarme de polvo.
