Didn’t work sure it was second hand . Seller sent message threatening me with fraud saying if I try sending parts back that are not what we’re sent accusing me of fraud also said would take 60% of my money if I’ve damaged anything even the cardboard packing . My advise go to dyson directly . You great what you pay for .

Quick update, after 5.5 years, the cannister stop has broken and the inner seal’s retainers have degraded and broken. About $100 in parts to fix. Still like the Vacuum, but was expecting better engineering for high shock parts.

Just simply, wow! I was a little worried about buying yet another device with a proprietary battery, but I’m blown away.
First, it is extremely light. With my corded Dyson it was a pain in the rear lugging that thing up and down the stairs all the time.
With this one, it is so light that when I’m going down stairs to empty the bin, I’ll just vacuumm the heavy traffic areas on the way. No way that would have happened with my old vac.
The roller (animal version) has a large diameter which means no dog hair gets wrapped around the roller. The small motor brush Does wrap hair, but it is really easy to clean. Just use a coin to unscrew the side cover and the brush twists out. Pair of sissors and you are done.
I do wish that the bin was a little bigger, but it’s really easy to dump that it’s not really a big deal. The slider does a great job of pushing all the dirt and hair out (which I had doubts about when I first saw it).
The battery is ok. It can do a floor of my house on a charge at the middle power setting with the motorized brush. But since I no longer have to keep moving the power cord around when vacuuming, I think it is an acceptable compromise. It’s not a big deal to do a floor one day and the other the next day or a couple of hours later.
I was worried about having to replace the battery at some point, but since we expect to use it once a week, the 10 year battery expectation sounds plausible. The battery is up there in price, but not bad if only replacing once in 10 years.
This vacuum has great suction. We mostly use it on medium and performs well. It also has a light mode and a “so you want this permiantely attached to the floor” mode. Seriously, high mode has quite a bit of suction and it is noticeable when pushing the motorized head.
The wand has a ball on it where if you rotate the body left or right it will guide the head to the left or right, which is quite nice. The motor head is so small we can easily vacuum under the bed and cabinate overhangs. Dust bunnies were vanquished.
Now price. Yeah, this is expensive. I was very happy with the quality and life of my old corded Dyson so it’s a little easier of a pill to swallow taking the excellent build into account. But yeah, pricey.
If this sounds like a gushing review, well, it kinda is. It’s not very often a product exceeds my expectations; however, I suppose that at this price it should.

Le modèle n’étant plus fabriqué ni commercialisé depuis quelque temps déjà par Dyson, j’espère juste que l’appareil fonctionnera bien.
A part cela, l’appareil se recharge en quelques heures. On peut l’utiliser suffisamment de temps pour aspirer les pièces. La durée d’utilisation diminue si on passe en vitesse maxi et même moyenne.
Très pratique le côté sans fil. Poids adapté.

El precio es elevado siendo sincera, pero vale la pena. La uso varias veces al día, porque tengo 3 animales y hay muchos pelos siempre y la batería dura muchísimo. Aspire de lujo y tiene 3 velocidades, es muy fácil de evacuar el depósito.

Yes they are expensive but worth it. We have an older Dyson animal and when we got this we hovered the same stretch of carpet. My wife prides herself on how clean our house is so was shocked to see the amount of dirt this picked up compared to our corded Dyson. The battery lasts quite long but it wouldn’t clean a whole house in one go. This is more designed to keep on top of dirt and dust in well used areas of your house. Remember to keep the filer cleaned and this will keep on sucking for a long time!

I did buy a cheaper model which worked fine but there was a big problem with blocked filters, messy to empty and the brush motor died after about 12 months use. Back to Dyson – I had one before. Far superior in every respect and well worth paying a little extra.

Appalling battery life.
It says 60 mins on the box which it was in week 1 and the first occasion I used it.
By week 4 I struggled to get 1 minute out of on a full charge.
Maybe it was bad luck?
Maybe v poor checking up in the factory.
Most disappointing.
It seems once production was done overseas the rot set in.

Ich musste leider ein Vorgängermodell von Dyson zurückschicken, die Bürste am Saugfuss war wiederholt defekt. Da ich nach einem Bandscheibenvorfall aber Rückenprobleme habe musste wieder ein Akkusauger von Dyson her. Ich habe mich dann für dieses Gerät entschieden, da er eine längere Saugleistung hat und für Tierhaare geeignet ist. Wir haben 4 Katzen mit langen Haaren und einen Pulimischling(Hund), bei uns sind also immer viele Tierhaare, besonders auf der Treppe.Er saugt zuverlässig die Tierhaare und sämtlichen dreck und Staub ein., ist sehr leicht in der Handhabung und ich finde schön, das man damit auch mal an der Decke spinnenweben wegsaugen kann.
Für ein ganzes Haus ist die Saugdauer noch immer knapp, aber es geht.Mir leistet er gute Dienste.
Er wäre noch besser mit einer längeren saugleistung und mehr staubvoloumen.
Ich muss aber ehrlicherweise sagen, das er nicht allein für mich arbeitet, zu seiner Crew gehören noch 2 Irobot und ein Scooba.

Arrived quickly and was very well packed.
Vacs well on carpet and flooring and, with a change of tools, furniture and stairs. It copes with areas of the car but needs some sort of hose as the bulky power end makes it impossible to get everywhere. A short hose would do it.
A charge on medium easily gets round the whole of our small house.
My wife worried about the weight of the motor but it’s fine. The bulky end does make it a little awkward to change tools and I think a trigger guard would be worth having. It produces some excellent Star Wars noises though and makes a great gun to shoot the grandchildren with.
The wall bracket doesn’t seem all that sturdy, we shall see, but all round, I’m very pleased with this machine.

Je suis très satisfaite du rendement. J’ai un ancien modèle qui n’a qu’une vitesse et ce modèle avec 3 vitesses n’a rien à voir. La pile est très efficace. Je n’ai pas encore réussi à décharger la batterie en plusieurs utilisations. Le prix en vaut la peine.
