This Henry Hetty (HET160) is a fantastic vacuum cleaner! It’s powerful (thanks to the 620W motor) and handles most messes with ease. The long cord provides great reach, and the included attachments make cleaning various surfaces a breeze.
However, I did find it struggles a little with picking up tiny threads and pet hair from carpets. For everything else, it’s a fantastic machine. If you have mostly hard floors or don’t mind using a separate tool for pet hair, this wouldn’t be a deal-breaker. Overall, it’s a solid 4-star performer!

Great vacuum! A lot cheaper here than any other places in AU. Even though I had to buy an adapter it still came in cheaper! Great vacuum with a lot of useful accessories, not ones you don’t need!

Wow, what can I say, this little hoover is excellent, the suction power when it’s turned up full is immense, sometimes a little too good (you may have to rescue small rugs or doormats 😅) it’s also quite light weight and doesn’t take up much room to store, and further to that, it’s actually not an eyesore if left in view, I got the Hetty version and it’s cute 😊 but if that’s not your thing you can actually remove the face (something I didn’t know before looking at the instructions) honestly I have nothing bad to say about it, and thats rare 😅 Henrys/Hettys definitely live up to their reputation, and imo it’s definitely worth spending a bit more to get a product you know will do a good job and last than to get something slightly cheaper and doesn’t do its job at all 😒 (yes I did do this 😅)

I love her she is so cute and does an amazing job. The hoover is very small and lightweight with a wooden floor setting and carpet setting, comes with different brush extentions and is easy to detach and change heads. I live the extention and retraction of the cord and the ability to change the strength of suction. Comes with 2 dust bags.
