This is my second Russell Hobbs vacuum the first was an earlier model of this and I liked it’s efficiency for cleaning carpets so bought this one as an upgrade when the other died. This new one is very efficient and picks up pet hairs and threads from my sewing easily from no carpet floors to fully carpeted floors so I’d recommend this to anyone with pets who shed hair or have messy craft hobbies at home. It’s light enough to carry. Even if you you have a medical reason for no heavy lifting and carrying and makes doing stairs easy. The rechargeable battery lasts long enough to tackle a three bedroom house. tip: My one grouch was always the smallish container for the waste, but having bought the same again, I kept the tools and container from the old one as they also fit this one and so can replace a full container with the spare rather than having to maybe go downstairs to empty it half way through, I use the old tools for carpets and the new tools for furniture. There’s no need to buy an expensive cleaner to deal with pet hairs, this one works just as well if not better.

The cleaner is light in weight and easy to use and very easy to empty. I have been away on holiday so haven’t used it for a couple of weeks but my first impressions have all been positive and I look forward to it being trouble free. Especially as my previous cleaner was difficult to empty. hopefully I will find it easy to use and charging time good.it has certainly had good suction and easy to empty.

Having went through Shark that stopped picking up after 2/3 years, Dyson, Vax etc al, and sick of paying a fortune, I thought there would be no harm in giving this a go. It’s great! Attachments are minimal but do the job and it’s actually really lightweight too.
