I have now had mine for almost a year and still love it. Its light, easy to use with good suction. Simple to empty even with my arthritic hands, and the hand held option is so useful. Over the first few weeks I discovered that if you didn’t empty it each time you use it or if you dont keep the brush clear of animal hair etc it will reduce it’s efficiency and sometimes stops charging. So key points are, empty it every time. Clean your brushes regularly. And change your filter regularly, and stick it in the dishwasher. They give you 2. It has been a gamechanger for me as I have had others, far more expensive but no-where near as easy to use or as efficient. Am about to order one for my daughter.

Wonderful! Bought as a second vacuum for upstairs but to be honest, it’s so easy to use and so amazingly efficient, I use it all over the house and my two heavyweight cleaners are redundant. I have to say we don’t have pets and there are only two of us so we don’t make a lot of mess.
We have carpets and a large area of vinyl tiling and it’s ideal for both.
It’s so incredibly easy to dock it into its charger that charging couldn’t be easier. It’s amazingly light and usable that for the first time I enjoy vacuuming! The smaller handeld unit is useful for sills, stairs and corners, although the main vacuum is light enough to easily use on each stair. This vacuum is truly liberating!

Pros: light weight; easy to handle; does the job well even on my fluffy carpet; can use it as a hand vacuum for kitchen, shelves, car.
Cons: not for places with lot of (long) hair as it will block the brushes and then you need to use scissors to cut it; it takes hours to charge even after short use; it says you need to clean the filter after every use; not for heavy duty cleaning. Therefore, sort of high maintenance, time consuming. But if you need something light weight for a quick use then this could be the right thing.

I bought that item in April 2024 and now it’s not working. After charging 5,6 hours it only operates for 5, to 10 seconds. Please don’t waste your money buying this product.

Very light Great manoeuvrability but good suction. I’m delighted with this wee vacuum. It’s easy to put together and good you don’t have to fish about looking for the hole for the charger. Just sit the vacuum on the stand and it’s ready to use after it charges. Doesn’t take all that long to charge. The head is low so it fits under many places another vacuum won’t. It also cleans near up to the edge of the floor, front and side. So all in all it’s well worth the money and I’ve spent £400 on a vacuum not as good. Hope it lasts.

I bought this one as an interim solution and I had 0 expectation. Yet this has been easily my one of top items at home. It vacuums perfectly the dog hair which was my main issue. It has 2 levels, nice light, not bad battery life and 2 different head to vacuum. Strongly recommended as a second vacuumer

Excellent little vac which I highly recommend. I had a heavy vac which was supposed to pick up pet hair & it seemed as though it did, until that is, I used this little Joey. I couldn’t believe how much the old (& expensive) vac had left behind. The Joey is extremely light & manoeuvrable & the hand held part picks up very, very well. It’s such good value too. I’m sooooo pleased with it. There is one small caveat which is that if you let the battery run down it does take several hours to recharge so whenever I’ve used it now, I put it on to charge so that it’s always there when I need it. Don’t hesitate to buy this vac – especially if you (a) have to deal with pet hair and (b) that your property is not too large.

This is a brilliant vacuum cleaner, I’ve waited a few months to review it so I can be as accurate about it’s performance as possible. It’s lightweight so very easy to manoeuvre and as it converts in to a hand held it is very versatile for stairs , skirtings, cobwebs in corners etc. It’s great suction means it works on carpets and hard floors. It’s very easy to empty and comes with 2 filters so you can wash and dry one while using the other. The brush bar is also easily pulled out so you can remove those pesky hairs and clean it. I love the sleek design and the fact it’s white makes it look really good quality. What’s also brilliant is the docking station – ingenious idea if you ask me! The docking station means you no longer have to insert /remove the charger cable. I had to chuck my last vacuum away as I could no longer charge it up due to the wire coming loose in the charging cable. For suction, ease of use, design and versatility It’s a definite 5 stars from me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Such a clever little – yet powerful – thing. Perfect for my 1-bed flat, gets all the city dust (second HEPA filter thoughtfully provided, so you can wash one, pop in the other), and it folds nicely away so I can stick it away in the cupboard. Light and cool-looking, too. The battery life’s great. 100% recommend.
