De stoel ziet er in de zwarte kleur mooi en chique uit. Deze comfort serie heeft dikke kussentjes, waardoor de zitten en met name ook de zijsteunen zachter aanvoelen. Ons kind (4,5 jaar) vond de stoel lekker zitten. De stoel arriveert in 2 delen en de zitting moet eerst aan de rugleuning worden vastgemaakt voordat deze in de auto kan worden geplaatst. Er zit een minimale handleiding bij. Door een QR code te scannen krijg je de volledige handleiding. Voor een autostoel en het veiligheidsaspect wat daarbij komt kijken had ik liever gezien dat de handleiding werd meegeleverd.
Met ISO-Fix is de stoel snel in de auto geplaatst en blijft ie goed en stevig zitten. Je kind zet je vast met de autogordel. Bij de hoofdsteun van de kinderstoel zit een geleider om de gordel goed vast te kunnen zetten.
De stoel kan in 3 ligstanden gezet worden door aan de zitting te trekken. Een mooie functie voor als de kinderen in de auto moeten slapen. Ik merkte wel dat je relatief snel per ongeluk de zitting verstelt als je deze wat steviger vastpakt.
We zijn verder erg tevreden over het gebruik van de Maxi Cosi autostoel.

Ho acquistato questo seggiolino per sostituire il precedente dato che ormai mia figlia è diventata abbastanza alta e quindi dovevo passare ad un modello per bimbi più grandi.
I materiali mi sembrano ottimi, la seduta comoda e confortevole.
Presenta attacco isofix molto importante per la sicurezza dei nostri bambini.
Si monta davvero in 2 minuti (sono riuscita a farlo da sola ed è stato semplicissimo)
Il seggiolino è reclinabile in 3 posizioni, si può adattare in altezza e larghezza in base alle dimensioni del bambino così da poterlo usare per più tempo. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo ottimo.

I recently purchased the Maxi-Cosi car seat and have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, it is incredibly easy to install, which makes setting it up a breeze, even for parents who may struggle with complicated instructions. It’s also very easy to use for kids—my little one can climb in and out without much hassle. The seat is undeniably comfortable, with plenty of padding and support that keeps my child cozy on long rides.
However, my main concern is its safety. Unfortunately, I noticed that the car seat doesn’t seem to lock securely in place once installed. This issue leaves me uneasy, as it compromises the primary purpose of a car seat: to keep my child safe during travel. While I appreciate the convenience and comfort it offers, the lack of a firm, stable lock-in mechanism is a significant drawback.
If safety is your top priority, you may want to consider other options. For families prioritizing ease of use and comfort, this could still be a good fit—just ensure it meets your safety standards before purchasing.

This is a great upgrade as the next stage for my child. Moving from a toddler seat to a child’s seat means starting the research process all over again – no more harness, thinking about longevity, what about when he outgrows the seat and needs a booster seat? How easy is it to adapt? How much support does it have? How does a seatbelt integrate with the seat?
This seat covers all bases – everything is colour-coded for feeding the seat belt through the hooks, the Isofix bayonets, and a really simple assembly process… you can actually follow the pictures and have the seat working in a few minutes. It just needs more brute force to snap it into place than you initially think.
Super simple, feels sturdy, and my child loves it. The raisable head support and conversion to booster seat means it’ll last as long as you need until your child can sit in the regular car seat.

This car seat is the best I have tested up to now. My child has learning difficulties and this makes selection and usability of a car seat quite complicated. However this one has stuck and he absolutely loves it. It is also easy to remove and replace, meaning changing cars is incredibly straight forward and quick. The covers can come off and wash, and are far easier to replace than the competitors options.
The upgraded G-CELL Side Impact Protection gives me immense confidence in the seat due to its hard wearing and quality feel, and the height adjusters designed to keep up with my child’s growth don’t feel flimsy or weak like others that I have tested, meaning this should last me a lot longer and stay in better condition.
Really happy with this seat, and will be purchasing another for my other child as soon as is practical.

N’hem provat tres de cadiretes, la Britax Römer KidFix Pro M, la Maxi-Cosi RodiFix S comfort i la Cybex Solution G2 Plus.
Anticipar que totes tres són comparables i perfectament vàlides. Cadascuna té coses positives i coses a millorar respecte la resta. L’elecció dependrà dels gustos i preferències de cadascú. Els preus són semblants i la dificultat de muntatge també. Totes tres tenen isofix i són i-size.
La Cybex és estèticament la més maca, els teixits semblen els més transpirables, és la que té més amplada d’esquena pensant per quan creixi l’ínfant, i és portàtil i molt fàcil de posar i treure. Per contra, els suports laterals són completament fexibles i no recull tant bé com les altres el cos de l’infant, té la base més curta i estreta i deixarà més part de cuixa penjant, sobretot quan vagin creixent, i el recolza-caps que sembla que agafi millor el cap, no és tant pràctic finalment. Pel que fa al respatller la transició entre una peça i l’altra no és tant agradable com amb la Britax. És també la cadira més voluminosa de totes tres, per qui busqui minimitzar l’espai si ha de dur dos cadires darrera.
La Britax és la que té una base més ampla i llarga, donant sensació de ser més còmoda, els teixits es veuen ben agafats a l’estructura i és la que ocupa menys d’amplada, la menys voluminosa de les tres. És també la que queda més altra sobre el seient i potser sigui més còmoda al principi pensant amb la posició del cinturó al coll. Per contra, és la que té una aparença més plasticosa i té una amplada d’esquena fixa, igual a la màxima amplada que ofereix la Maxi-Cosi i inferior a la Cybex. Els teixits no semblen tant transpirables com els de la Cybex.
La Maxi-Cosi té els laterals de l’esquena ajustables en tres o quatre posicions essent l’ajust més ample igual a la posició de la Britax, que és fixa. Sembla que sigui la que més és reclina, però jugant amb la distància d’isofix al final totes tres tenen una inclinació semblant. Té una de les dues peces de l’esquena amb un teixit molt transpirable tipus Cybex i la resta tipus Britax. És ampla i llarga de base, gairebé com la Britax. És la que manté la part de baix del cinturó més separada del respatller, cosa que fa pensar que apretarà menys la panxa de l’infant.
És la que costa més de muntar, sense ser res de l’altre món però. Et ve en dos peces que has d’ajuntar i després s’ancla a l’isofix. La part de l’esquena, quan s’estira a mesura que va creixent l’infant, és estreta i molt dura, sembla que no cobreixi bé tota l’espatlla.
Al final tampoc teníem una candidata clarament superior i hem deixat decidir a l’usuari final. Les ha provat totes tres i ha triat la Britax. Val a dir que ha dubtat entre Britax i Maxi-Cosi, i ha descartat la Cybex només pujar-hi, deia que el recolza-caps era molt incòmode (té un petit recolza-caps reclinable dins del recolza-caps que li feia nosa de totes totes), ens ha sorprès perquè era la cadireta que més li havia agradat per ser verda, les altres dues eren negres. Així que Britax.

If you’re looking for a car seat then you should definitely consider the Maxi Cosi car seat, its excells in all aspect. The seat is very easy to build, just 2 pieces which you snap together and with the inbuilt iso fix its easy to install. You just extend the rods as far as you want insert in the cars anchor points and then just push (really simple). It locks into place really well and feels sturdy and robust.
I like the material of the seats seems very easy to clean, soft and comfortable and for those long journeys it has a recline feature which most car seats do not have. The car seat has a clip in place which stops the seat belt from rectracting back this allows our child (6 yrs) to easily access the belt when self strapping in. We’ve owned another brand before which had a slot instead and most times to seat belt would slip out and retract back meaning out child had to get out of the seat to get his seat belt, this then becomes a safety concern as the belt would no longer fit flush against his shoulder. Well done Maxi Cosi for adding in this often overlooked feature.
The seat has an integrated side impact G CCELL technology which in a nut shell means you get all latest side impact safefty with no added bulk/attachments.
The car seat grows with your child so it would be the only car seat you would need once they grow out of it so when considering buying a car seat it is worth paying a bit more for a seat which your child will feel comfortable with. We do a lot of activities so getting in and out, self buckling, feeling comfortable on short and long journeys is a must. This car seat ticks all the boxes.
