Absolutely horrible to put together door frame is for people of 5 foot & under ridiculous , the holes done line up to the other holes. and putting the roof on wow we had to tip the shed on its side to fix the roof other than that you would need scaffolding horrible to put up and we have built a cabin from scratch give me a cabin anyvdayb

Shed is 8.5 feet by 5 feet, which is fine for my project, so far the shed has gone up with little issue however some of the parts are a little tight to fit.

Would be best with 2 people to build to make it easier to align all the parts.

This is sold as a 6X8 shed however the internal measurements are 5 foot 1 inch by about 7 foot 3.
Construction… YAKE YOUR TIME, prep and be systematic …. we had 1 issue with a horizontal support not fitting properly, customer support were polite but had no real practical advice.
HOWEVER I have got to say that this is one sturdy bugger of a shed once constructed !
BTW if ur expecting brown you’ll get a grey shock lol.

As with building anything take your time and have some people to help, i brought this shed to build as a workplace for my hobby. i had my two teenage children to help and it took hours because i wanted it built right and not just slapped together. my concrete base was painted in damp proof vinyl paint first to prevent water vapour coming up through the base. when we finished building it i used expanding foam in all the gaps and sprayed all the walls with foam insulation and sealed every panel join with silicone sealant also it is important to seal the window with sealant when building it or it makes it difficult to seal it at the end of the build. after the foam insulation and silicone sealant i left it for a week for rain waterproof testing as it needed to check its weather resistant before i put all my hobby equipment inside, i used gym style foam flooring tiles and self adhesive tiles for the walls to make it look nice as i will also be making youtube videos in it. i would suggest buying gutter pipes for the ends to divert the rain water away from the base and also used aluminium butyl tape for around the base inside and out to stop surfice water from going under the floor and creating condensation. i used plastic ridged cable tidy pipe to run my wires for the led lights that run off my solar power kit. the doorlock is only used to close the door and not lock it as the screws can be opened from the outside making the lock useless so i would suggest investing in a lock that screws inside both doors and are padlocked from the outside. for the doors i used garage door foam insulation tape around the inside edge of the doors and rubber door seals for the outer edge of the doors this prevents leaks and spiders and insects coming in. i would suggest using self adhesive insolation foam rolls for the roof becase this prevents condensation from the change in temp of the day and night cycle. its a lot of effort to go to but i needed a mancave type shed where no spiders or water will come in plus when its windy i needed to keep out the dust. all my lighting and neon lights are run off of a 12v solar power kit which i used a spare car battery i had which is in a waterproof enclosure outside the shed as you should not keep it inside the shed due to fumes it will give off during conatant charging from the solar panel through the solar controler throughout the day. i installed a solar powered street light style outside light between the doors and the window so i can see at night before i get to the shed to open it. aslo if your still reading this i put alaminium butyl tape on the join of the guttering as each side it a 2 part and meets in the middle of the shed which will let water through depending on the level of your base. any questions feel free to ask im more than happy to help.

What a disappointment this is. The metal panels for the sides , roof and doors are so thin that the slightest breeze and it falls over and dents when you get it ready for assembly. It doesn`t take 1 day to put together either. It took us 2 full days which resulted in lots of cuts. Neither of us could use gloves as we couldn`t keep the parts in place with them on with one holding and the other putting the screws in. We found that not all the parts fitted together so screws could be put in. Two of the back ones in particular were and actually still are not aligning because the metal supporting bars are overlapping so won`t screw together. Yeah we got it up but it is such a disappointment. We can not be bothered to go through all that palaver to take it down and send it back so it will have to stay where it is. The doors are not very strong or secure.
So, to sum up, it is not value for money. It is to flimsy to put valuable garden equipment in so we feel it is not safe even with a padlock on.
