Easy to put up and a good frame, the only issue is the cheap fabric and plastic windows. Not sure how long it will last.

I bought this for my daughter’s 21st birthday in our garden. Pop up frame is very good and easy. The rest is hopeless. The covers are ill fitting and not at all resistant to the slight breeze we had. Massive gaps between panels. Support peg snapped!! By the time we found out it was too late to return. I want my money back – it’s not usable in anything but still weather. I bought the other Outsunny gazebo too (manual poles etc. ) and it’s superb product. Why is this so bad and what can I do? I did not use this in the end as it would not have survived the day.

The actual frame is fine, however where the cover fits over the frame on the centre pillow it it beginning to split as in the photos. Could you possibly sent a new cover as a replacement?
