Easy to assemble and erect it took a day to complete and I was able to do it on my own. However it would be easier using 2 people as per manufacturers instructions. Make sure your base is level and anchor it well to keep it square and true. I have two Giant adult road bikes housed inside and there’s plenty of room inside to house tools and spares. I installed bungee chord to keep the bikes supported upright minimising any stress to the wheels. It arrives in two packages and is well packed, but can sustain some slight damage to the steel panels during transit if mishandled. They do straighten out easily and fit together well, but some slight adjustment is required during the cladding process to keep it all correctly aligned. Functionality is good for the price, it’s weatherproofing is adequate and it looks tidy. My only advice is to familiarise yourself with the components before erecting, identify each piece and it’s correct orientation, work slowly through the instructions which are reasonably clear to follow and choose the site location wisely to offer protection from storms and anchor it well and it will perform its purpose. I used some F cramps to help hold and align the panels during construction, this helps a great deal when working alone. I would buy it again and was pleased with the result.

Bought the 4 bay bike shed. Firstly it’s really good for the price. It’s a little difficult to build there a lot of parts to it. It’s absolutely a 2 person build and having a drill or impact driver to put the screws in will help you a lot. There’s loads of screws and washers so put them in the roof when your putting it together the instructions don’t tell you too but you will see 2 holes on the sheets that join so put them in with washers and it really needs to be on level ground or the doors will be wonky. Would 100% recommend as long as you have the time and patience to build it.

The shed itself is of excellent quality and meets my expectations in terms of structure and design. However, I encountered several issues during assembly and use that significantly impacted my overall experience.

Firstly, the thin cellophane film on all the panels was incredibly difficult and time-consuming to remove. It took me hours to peel off each piece, which was quite frustrating and labor-intensive.

Secondly, the self-tapping screws provided with the shed are not very effective. In my opinion, they are inadequate for securing the panels properly, especially in areas prone to high winds. I am concerned that a strong gust could easily rip the panels off, so I plan to replace the self-tapping screws with bolts for better security and peace of mind.

Additionally, the assembly instructions were dreadful. They were incomplete and lacked logical organization, making the assembly process much more challenging than it needed to be. Clearer, more detailed instructions would have significantly improved the assembly experience.

Lastly, there is an issue with the door. One side of the door has no stop, causing it to not sit perfectly in place. As a result, the door rattles with even a bit of wind, which is quite annoying and suggests a design oversight.

Overall, while the shed itself is great, these issues with the protective film, fasteners, instructions, and door design detract from what could have been a completely satisfactory purchase.

I recently moved house and needed extra outdoor storage space. The measurements are just what I was looking for as I’ve purchased this to go at the back of my parking space. Although it is suitable for bike storage, I have plans to use it for other items. I’ve left the bike rack out, but making use of them by building them up in the shed where my bikes are.

With the house move, I purchased this with the plan to assemble once I’d finish working on other projects. The package arrived and was stored in a queue, along with other items needing to be built up. Because of this I didn’t notice not all of it arrived. Approximately 2 weeks later another parcel arrived and I initially couldn’t figure out what it was. Once checking all the parts I found this had not all been delivered at the same time. I’m unsure if this error was caused by Amazon or the delivery driver, but someone obviously realised I was missing some parts before I did. Not a major issue but could have been if I’d planned to assemble this right away.

Assembling is quite fiddly. Although the instructions are easy to follow, it took a lot longer than I’d expected. What didn’t help, on my part, was that I’d picked a very windy day to start building it up and I was on my own. I was able to complete on my own but found there were two occasions some extra hands would have helped, even without the windy conditions. The materials do feel flimsy, but I wasn’t letting this bother me as I’d read other reviews stating it’s sturdiness once built. I can confirm that once built it holds up well.

Now it’s built up it appears it can easily be moved about, which is helpful. I have plans to level the ground and raise off the ground with pallets, so moving it is essential. Once in it’s final position, it looks as though it can be ankered down at each corner with screws or tent pegs. In all a great product and would recommend. It’s lost a star due to the minor implications mentioned.
