I had to completely re-wire my back yard (damaged original wire) for our Gardena Sileno Minimo. I was skeptical but took a chance. I’m glad I did because this wire works and seems durable enough to last longer than the original wire.
Minor warning: this wire is THICK so be patient when you have to make connections (and bring a sturdy pair of pliers or channel locks).
