    AVOID, product said its in excellent condition which is a lie, product came with lots of scratches on it and battery doesn’t last 1 hour, i charged it 10 times in a day so far, how is this condition excellent

    I purchased this product as a gift for my daughter, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. Upon testing, we found that the battery life is extremely poor—it does not last more than an hour. This has rendered the product practically unusable for our needs. I am deeply disappointed, as this has been one of the most unsatisfactory purchases I have ever made. I strongly advise others to reconsider before buying. Clearly I have been cheated

    Very happy with this phone which I purchased for an xmas present for someone. It arrived promptly and very well packaged. It is in excellent condition and was well received on xmas day.
