Purchased this for doing the front and rear of three bungalows, the gardens are quite large and it is difficult keeping up with the grass cutting.
So I looked for a suitable mower with key start, this one got my attention instantly so I read up on the specifications and compared it with similar mowers.
    This one won hands down.
I won’t deny there were some teething problems, the choke assembly had been put on backwards but a call on the helpline sorted that out instantly, very helpful indeed.
Key start works a treat once you learn the best way of starting, just like your own car.
The 4 cutting blades make a far nicer lawn and it cuts so clean.
Two bolts vibrated free and we’re lost so perhaps they should consider lock nuts

Easy to assemble , cut well and lower but electric start doesn’t work

Solid lawnmower – cutting height will suit lawns but not paddocks/field. Instructions unreadable diagrams are not helpful. Pull battery does not have charging indicator which is most annoying and handle a little flimsy could be improved that said cuts well and overall satisfied.

quite difficult to build. Bought last Autumn and stored overwinter. Battery removed and stored inside. Tried starting yesterday both on battery and manual pull. Battery indicated 2 out of 5 charge but would not turn over motor. Tried manual but no indication of possible start. Removed battery and put on charge. No indication from charger that power was getting through to it and the same charge indicated this morning.

Brilliant mower, BUT the electric start isn’t good enough to start it from cold you have to pull the recoile start half a dozen times before you even think of using the electric start, but once hot it’s fine ish !!!, and the instructions don’t make it clear wether or not the battery is charged when plugged into the mower, I’m finding that it doesn’t hold its charge when left in the mower
    Up date it’s rubbish 2024

the electric start doesn’t work and the 2 year guarantee is not honoured by either the company, the seller or Amazon. DO NOT BUY. Also be wary buying expensive items fro Amazon as they do not honour the guarantee. Left with a very expensive useless lawnmower

After around 5 mows it wouldn’t start, the electric start would work, but it wouldn’t fire up. Went through many messages with the seller, checking spark, fuel, dead man’s handle. Then the electric start broke. Now I’m arguing trying to get it returned; the seller refuses to provide a pallet for pick-up – it’s 44kg, was shipped on a pallet which the sellers courier took. Seller says a pallet can’t be supplied as it will be damaged in transit – absolute rubbish. This is £400 wasted, with a seller who is dragging feet in honouring their 2 year warranty by messing around. This piece of junk is going to be scrapped and I am buying a reputable brand mower from a shop, I’ve got better things to do than argue in Amazon chat with a seller who is deliberately avoiding supporting their warranty. Absolute joke.

You would think they would have a mechanic/engineer network to look at these, which other reputable brands do for large garden equipment, (even white goods have this). After sales support is non existent.
