    Thought I’d bagged a bargain with these but I had to return them as they weren’t compatible with my Sage coffee machine. The adverts for these don’t tend to show the bottom of the filters but there are two types, one has a protruding hexagon (the cheap, plentiful type, ie this one) and the other, the one I needed, which has a flat base and are usually more expensive, £10+ for one unit.

    I went for these as they offer value for money. They feel well made and fit easily into place. I’m in a soft water area so I’m a bit less concerned with build up. If I was in a hard water zone I would probably have gone for the more expensive, original Sage recommended brand. Been using them a couple of months now and would buy again.

    Der Filter macht seinen Job und ist leicht einzubauen. Allerdings muss man ihn oft länger ins Wasser legen, als in der Anleitung steht, damit er richtig funktioniert. Ein weiterer Nachteil: Schon nach kurzer Zeit bilden sich Algen im Wasser. Trotz dieser Punkte ist es insgesamt ein solides Produkt!
