   I held back before placing my review. I did contact the seller but the response back was not helpful. I complained that the unit was not making the coffee hot enough. I will mentioned that I do not like boiling hot coffee but this switches between luke warm and barely hot. The advice I received was to prewarm the cup. I have not had to do that with previous makers. Also the adapter to use ground coffee is very messy and this process here is especially cool. I was told to send a video to which there was no response but I made a video and immediately showed my finger in the cup to show that it was not hot. Either way, I may have a got a lemon or the coffee maker is just not up to scratch. Either way I bought a new one and much happier!

   Wide compatability and availability of options to use and can make high quality coffee. Even on the largest cup size it’s very quick at making your drink and is very easy to insert and remove pods.
   For the wide compatability it offers its fairly compact aswell but comes with a downside of a small/mid-size water tank which frequently needs to be refilled.
   Easily stands out above other well-known competition

   Really impressed with this. Wanted a second pod machine for a quick and decent cup of coffee – other one is a single pod-type famous brand and still going strong just now in a different room. I like:
   1. Not being locked into having to buy one type of pod for a decent cup of coffee; or even chocolate or whatever now!
   2. Ease of use – just press the on button, choose the amount you want in your cup and press brew. Magic.
   3. Relatively small footprint on the countertop. Amazing considering what it does.
   4. Ease of switching between pod types – ok so you have to change a little adaptor cassette type thing but that’s easy.
   5. For pod coffee, delivers a brew at a good drinking temperature. Indeed sometimes if using a milk pod for a cappuccino or hot choc, can need a bit of cooling. I do get what some peeps are saying about temp if using the ground coffee adaptor. But this is a pod machine first and foremost and all pod machines – even the famous brand ones – unless they have a temp adjustment switch, tend to brew at around 80 deg C. Which is fine for coffee.
   6. Great price for what this little powerhouse does. Delivery was on time and packaging is solid and protective without being overpackaged.

   I followed the instructions when first operating including using the plunger thing to get the air out, which was easy. Find turning it on and waiting until the light stops flashing is important for temp – just like other pod machines. The volume of the water tank is fine for us. Haven’t yet tried it for cold brewing.

   Not overly impressed with:
   1. The suckers which stick it to the countertop. Can make it difficult to remove the water thing to fill if one has limited space. It is very stable in itself. I tend to leave the tank in situ and fill with a small jug.
   2. Like the adjustable drip tray but could maybe have a bigger volume as some of the pods tend to drip quite a lot after dispensing. Does tend to leave more water in the pods than am used to..
   3. Did notice more drip/leakage from the N**ss type pods than the D***G*** pods. If changing/emptying adaptors straight away can get a bit of very hot water on the hands. Better to let it drip into the drip tray and enjoy the coffee before changing!

   Overall a great machine at a good price which has opened up a much wider range of quick, quality coffees and other drinks; freedom to choose and get the best price on pods without sacrificing quality, taste or ease of use. Looks good too.

   Super machine qui avec laquelle on peut se tromper lors de l’achat des dosettes. Avec elle encore plus de variété dans les goûts puisqu’elle fait utilise aussi bien du café moulu que les dosettes (nespresso, dolce gusto ou senseo) et donne un café super bon (grâce à la pompe d’une pression de 19 bars)

   Why did you choose this product over others?:
   I have a nespresso vertuo but bored with the coffee and the fact that you can’t buy them in a shop. Got this machine as it takes different types of pods so more variety. It’s a great little machine for the price. I would recommend it.

    An inconsistent, frustrating mess of a coffee maker.

    I’ve struggled with this device daily since September 2024, having moved from a Krups Dolce Gusto Mini me machine I find it such a let down.

    My first complaint would be that it is inconsistent with the amount of coffee it actually delivers to the cup. I only use Nescafé Dulce Gusto Americano Intenso pods so the settings are never adjusted but sometimes it just decides to provide a half cup even tho the settings haven’t changed.

    My second complaint would be, as others have stated, the coffee isn’t warm enough. My Krups device provides a warmer drink.

    Thirdly, it’s noisy. Much noisier then the Krups machine. The machine vibrates quite a bit during use, so much so that certain cup types will move around on the drip tray when brewing. I could live with the noise if i knew I was going to get a good end result, but as above, it’s inconsistent.

    The interchangeable adaptors for different pods is a great idea (even if, as others have noted, using the adaptor for ground coffee can be a bit messy) and it is easy to use.

    A potentially great product but it seems the implementation is flawed.

    Back to the Krups I guess 🤷‍♂️

    This compact machine makes a really good coffee, particularly with fresh ground beans.
    I would recommend to pass water through before making coffee to ensure hot water and to flush out any stale water.
    There are two down sides to this machine :
    1) mugs and espresso cups tend to wander on the small pad due to the vibration from the pump – I had one fall off , messy cleanup & lesson learned
    2) Using pods I have always found a granular residue in the bottom of the cup (see picture) – I’ve only used Lavazza so I can’t comment on other pod brands. This has never happened when brewing from fresh ground beans.
