the bun feet when screwed to the under chair snapped off with the screws and bracket when sliding the chair in position .the screws that are in holding the bracket on to the base are not long enough and to weak all the lot pulled away .I have had to fix this problem myself .this happened on two of the feet .The chairs are lovely and very heavy i had to put stronger and longer screws in to fix this problem .

Lovely snuggle chair, well made and comfy. Only thing can’t find any fire resistant card on it, which means unable to re-sell if wanted too. Which is important when by furniture to know ots safe.

Love every thing about this sofa good for the money and very comfortable and looks expensive and looks elegant in my living room .I highly recommend this set sofa and 2 arm chairs .

Foam cushion/seat covers have empty baggy space
Was covered in fluff on delivery but due to going to work thought I give it a hoover when I got home ….. lifting seat cushions spring lining absolute covered in wood shavings
Springs really saggy, would take many sits before they ping out
Even the lining looked bobbled and not new
Just all very …. To soft/ baggy

Had this sofa less than 6 months, looks quite nice but very firm definitely not cosI to sit in. We are alow having problems with the wooden blocks that support it as they are very unstable if the sofa needs to be moved. Won’t be surprised if we need to replace it before having it a year.

We had some issues with delivery, so I’ve knocked one star off for that as the communication with Abakus needed a little prompting from us and there was some uncertainty for a while. However, now that the sofas have been delivered (2 x 3 seaters), I’m impressed with the quality. Seriously, for the price, you won’t do better. The frame seems well made and sturdy too. The Chenille is a nice, warm fabric and overall this is a well-put-together piece of furniture and for the price – it’s great. Also, our delivery guys were excellent, very efficient, very polite and friendly. Thank you, Abakus Direct. You’ve won me over as a customer.
