Edit – I forgot, the one main selling point for me is the light-up keyboard as I often use the laptop in low-light conditions and don’t touch-type. Whilst the laptop delivered is a US keyboard (which is a bit annoying but the supplier has made recompense for this) it is an absolutely fine day-to-day computer, which is what I use it for. So far it’s done everything I have asked of it so it suits me. The laptop operates very quietly, little or no fan noise, another good point. Nicely made steel casing makes it look very good, although very cold on bare legs when wearing shorts. I cannot comment on its gaming ability as I have a dedicated AMD machine that I use for that purpose. Nice and clear screen.

After about 6 months laptop started playing up, so I contacted manufacturer “qr code on laptop” first started with battery problems literally 3 hours if that, needed charging. One day woke up wouldn’t even turn on. I then arranged for a replacement via “WhatsApp” paid nearly 20 quid return. Started in may(the month) still yet to receive a reply after contacting them and sending my laptop. Numerous phone calls and emails and yet to receive a reply. I’m disgusted because the phone calls felt like i were been fobbed off with send this photo and this screenshot etc. followed their requests by the letter yet nothing and nearly 500 quid down from the price at the time. I’ve contacted Amazon but nothing it’s a disgrace.

Well very impressed as soon as I got it out of the box. Lightweight metal outer casing that feels quality. A very nice to use backlit keyboard that comes with a silicone protector. A very clear crisp screen and starts up very quickly and performs functions quickly. The battery appears to last quite a while but this is very hard to guage as it depends on what actions you are performing and how much processor your using. 3 usb ports. Hdmi. C socket and c socket charger. It also has micro SD card reader. The mouse pad is all in one and very sensitive and positive. It comes with windows 11. Now for customer services, on the keyboard panel there is a yellow sticker with a QR code to contact them via WhatsApp, my first laptop developed a software issue that could not be rectified so I had to send it back to them(which they reimbursed the courier fees) and then they sent out a replacement that was absolutely amazing. They were helpful, polite, courteous at all times I would highly recommend this laptop
