   I had the opportunity to review this as part of the Amazon Vine program 🙂

   This little kettle is actually a bit of a gem if you’re only making drinks for one or two people and don’t want a massive, heavy thing taking up half the kitchen counter. It’s really lightweight (less than 600g apparently, which is lighter than my old Sports Direct mug when it’s full lol), and the double wall design means it stays cool on the outside even when the water’s just boiled – so you’re not going to burn your hand if you grab it in a hurry. The inside is stainless steel, so no weird plasticky taste, and it looks pretty smart in red and white with the gold touches (very retro, kind of reminds me of an old-school diner).

   It holds 600ml, which is just about enough for two big mugs or a couple of smaller cups, and it boils pretty quickly (due to the 1000W element). The flip lid and cordless base make it easy to fill and pour, and there’s a proper British STRIX thermostat inside, so it switches off automatically when it’s done and won’t boil dry if you forget about it (which I do more often than I’d like to admit). The cool touch outer is actually really handy if you’ve got kids or anyone a bit clumsy in the house (like me).

   It’s not perfect – the capacity is definitely on the small side, so if you’re brewing up for a crowd or need to fill a big teapot, you’ll be doing a few rounds. The red and white colour scheme might not be everyone’s cup of tea (pun intended), but it does brighten up the kitchen a bit. The spout pours fine, but you do have to tip it a bit further than usual to get the last bit out. Also, there’s no water level window, so you have to peek inside if you want to check how much is left.

   If you want a lightweight, energy-saving kettle for quick brews or a student kitchen, this is a really solid pick. Not perfect, but it’s definitely made my morning cuppa a bit quicker and less of a faff.

   This kettle is small and compact, making it perfect for someone living alone or needing a lightweight option. It boils quickly, and the double-wall design keeps the outside cool to the touch. The handle is comfortable to hold, and it’s easy to lift and pour.

   It holds just enough water for about two mugs, so it won’t suit larger households. The lid lifts off rather than being hinged, which is fine but something to be aware of. The only minor issue is that the base feels slightly small compared to the kettle, making it feel a little less sturdy when placed down.

   Overall, it’s a good choice for small spaces, students, or anyone who wants a lightweight and energy-efficient kettle.
