   To save repeating what other reviewers have already said, I’ll get straight to my good and bad points.
   The good bits:

   1- Out of my 4 previous small form rechargeable vacuums, this is by a long way the quietest.
   2- It picks up small debris and dust really well on smooth floors.
   3- Easy to use, comfortable to hold and stores well without falling over
   4- The dust collector, although small is easy to access and clean
   5- ON/ OFF , power setting buttons are easy to reach and intuitive to use
   6- The soft grey design and styling is modern and avoids bright distracting colours
   7- Although mainly plastic body parts, materials appears to be robust and smooth,
   8- Battery life is very good and works uncharged for many days at 5-10 minutes use.
   9- Filters can be easily cleaned and also washed in water to reduce maintenance costs.
   10 Add on accessories are readily available for extending tools and replacing filters

   The bad bits:

   1- The suction/ brush head does not reach edges and corners well
   2- You can remove the brush head from the body, but you can’t attach it to the hand unit (-1 Star)
   3- The brush head LED lights are too low down to provide a good illumination of surfaces
   4- When the brushes have hair wrapped around them, it will cut out on deep pile carpets.
   5- The dust chamber has a critical part in the nose that gets easily blocked. (-1 star)
   7- On first use, lithium battery powered devices should be run low as possible to overcome memory effect. This is not mentioned in instructions.
   8- The brush cleaning device sprinkles lots of dust back onto the body and floor.
   9- The manual is over simplistic by aiming to reach all languages through images only
   10 The manual does not show or indicate cleaning of the dust chamber nose components

   My main gripes are not being able to attach the brush head to the hand held unit. This is clearly a marketing ploy to make you buy an extension kit. My other vacuums all provide this feature as a standard option and I also see it as essential for making the vacuum usable in cleaning stairs and furniture.

   The instructions show nothing about the grey vortex former in the nose of dust compartment. I noticed a loss of suction at one point and when investigating realised that large bits of paper and debris get stuck in this front part (see my video) it can and should be removed and cleaned. This whole device depends on regular cleaning for optimum performance, so why is it not shown?

   Overall, this is a good quality cleaner. It wins hands down for low noise when in use. Cleaning ability is pretty good except for poor edge pickup. It is very user friendly, that is until you want to clean the stairs or furniture and realise you can only use the hand section with the crevice tool. That little brush is too soft for anything except computer keyboards etc.

   I want to give it full marks for the good bits, because they are VERY good, but some functional elements are seriously missing and there is a crucial source of blockage in that nose compartment that is never mentioned in cleaning instructions.

   Overall marks will be low from me, because for a £300 device I expect to get more flexibility for stairway cleaning and better instructions for maintenance.

   I was looking for an electric equivalent of a sweeping brush that I could use for a daily light sweep of my hard surfaces and ideally quick go over the carpets too. After a very long search I went for this because it seemed quiet and light and attractive enough to leave out (grab n go) and has no garish colours that jar with the home environment. Since I bought it a few weeks ago I’ve used it every day without fail and it’s been terrific! I absolutely love what it’s done for my home.

   It’s just so easy to lift out of its docking station, fly around my large 1-bed flat then click back into place. I love that the docking station is no bigger than the footprint of the appliance itself, and I didn’t think I could but I’ve been leaving it out in the hall as it looks so stylish. It is as quiet as promised and so using it doesn’t feel like a big deal. It’s easier than sweeping the floor and no dust pan and brush needed. I read a lot about how small the dust receptacle is, but I can use it for 3 days or so without having to empty it, but it looks nicer if emptied after each use (optional).

   What I’ve loved most of all is that the floors in my home are now clean all the time because of these daily light sweeps. I used to do a big Henry hoover at the weekend, then the floors would get progressively messier as the week went on. No more! That cycle has ended and for that I am SO grateful. The floors are clean all the time now. This appliance probably doesn’t have the strongest suction out there, but its lightness allows for daily low-effort passes so the floors no longer get that dirty that they require strong suction.

   It was extremely easy to assemble. I’m also liking the hand-held unit for staying on top of window sill dust, dust on surfaces, any hint of cobwebs and inside drawers. Very handy! This is saving me money on the wipes I was using for the large window sills. The suction isn’t that strong on the hand-held but it still does pick up a lot and in some ways that’s good as I can clean my make up drawers without it hoovering up small items.

   The main unit seems happier on hard floors but also does a fine job of the carpets, particularly our lower pile one. As everyone’s said, this isn’t meant to be the main hoover in the household, but 7 quick daily passes with this is far more enjoyable than one heavy weekend one with the Henry! I didn’t pay full price for this and wouldn’t have at the time, but now that I’ve got it home and seen how good it is, I do actually think it’s worth the full price. And while everyone seems to be sucked into the Shark craze…I’m enjoying being a bit different!
