Unfortunatly I had issue with this machine,but I was refunded in full within days.I will buy again as my friend has one the same and she loves hers. So this is a good seller and I will be returning as a customer.

Small compact and easy to use. Clock keeps the time well too.
Has a strength setting if you like it a bit stronger like i do. Only real downside is the 40 minute keep warm setting. If you’re planning to drink it over the day it’s just not long enough. An hour or two would be much better.
