This is the third toaster I Have invested in and each one of them including this one only toasts on one side and this one is by far the worst. I have to put it on full power number 7 and when it pops up it is just toasted on one side so I Have turn it over and leave again on number 7 to toast the other side.

This toaster looks good, but is rubbish at toasting bread. Even on the highest setting the bread comes out untoasted on the first go. It takes at least twice to get decent toast. Also, when l bought this l was led to believe you could lift the lever while it was toasting to see how it was doing. This is not so. When l buy another one of a different make, which l will be doing soon, l shall read the small print very carefully.

Nice looking toaster but a bit disappointing. Has to be on a high setting just to lightly toast bread and for rye bread have to toast it twice.
