The product, divided into two sections, arrived with several discrepancies from its description. The colors mismatched, the storage feature was missing, and even though the product description showed legs, they were absent upon arrival. Notably, there are holes underneath that suggest where the legs should be attached. The seller mentioned a change in design, but this wasn’t reflected in the product received. Additionally, the extension is unstable and requires considerable effort to extract. Once extended, its hardness contrasts starkly with the rest of the sofa, compromising comfort. There’s also a noticeable hole in one section. This product is not only inconsistent with its description but is also uncomfortable and of low quality. Its craftsmanship leaves much to be desired. Why did you choose this product over others?:
STAY AWAY! Worse customer service ever.. the quality was awful.. the sofa was like what you’d find in a dentist waiting room.. it was rock hard even the dog didn’t want to sit on in. They charged me £120 to collect it and never issued me a refund for the sofa or the collection. I opened a dispute with both Amazon and my bank. They chased them down for the money back I received my money a month later.

I received the 1st sofa but the sofa was damaged true delivery. 2.nd sofa was a nightmare , broken and didn’t have a storage compartment.
I ended to send it back.

Delivered a bit late, but it wasn’t the drivers fault. An ok sofa for the price. Would recommend.

We bought this sofa back in December 2023. Now (april 2024) we already have couple of places where u can feel the curve from usage( one of them from a cat which is less than 2kg!!!) nice and big sofa, came in a perfect condicion and actually next day! (thank you for that) but i think we will need a replacement within next year or so…. Another thing storage place has to be away from the wall as you wont be able to open it or you will have to move all of the sofa each time.

I purchased a sofa, and when it arrived, it was damaged. I immediately informed the delivery team and sent photos of the damages to the responsible parties. However, it took them a long time to respond, and after weeks of waiting, my issue was never resolved. I am extremely disappointed with the product, which is of poor quality. I would not recommend anyone buy this product. I had to involve my lawyer, and they are now handling the matter.
