Just coming up for 6 months and I do quite like it but, the central pipe where the water is pushed out can sometimes dislodge causing it not to filter through the coffee. Resulting in hot water, basically.
Yesterday, the glass knob that fits into the lid broke apart while it was percolating. It broke into pieces. Now I know why they give you 2.
The coffee does taste nice though and it’s ready fairly quick. The keep hot function resets each time you pour a coffee and lasts about 30 minutes.

Selling your house? – mow the lawn, open the windows, put on the coffee pot. The aroma of percolating coffee from this device is intoxicating. It makes proper coffee. It makes 12 cups from 6 scoops of ground coffee and is entrancing to your taste buds and sense of smell. It is worth £30+ just for the smell it emits, let alone the coffee it makes. Less hassle than a filter machine and cheaper to use. Coffee can get cool after the pot has stood for a while but warms up in a jiffy.

It took awhile to get it to make good coffee..the coffee has to be grinded up very fine..also let it drip for awhile after making..as basket fills up and has to drip…
