   Be very, very careful about buying a refurbished iPad from Amazon! The item I purchased seemed a good bargain BUT, when I synced it with my iPad mini I found that the iOS was iOS15 and the software could not be upgraded to iOS 18 as the model would not support it

   If you are looking for a bargain in purchasing a refurbished iPad from Amazon first ask for the model information to ensure it is compatible with the latest iOS Software. Apple advised me to scrap the one I purchased!! Better buy your next iPad from EBay so that you can at least ask about the model and current iOS

   This is a renewed/refurbished product, so I didn’t expect it to come in the original box for instance. However, it only came in a bubble-wrap bag and surface scratches are a little more apparent than I would expect; a sticky label had been on the screen and glue residue is still there. The battery state was also at 3%. I have now given it a full charge and wait to see if it retains the charge. Hopefully the functionality is as it should be..

   I was in doubt about buying a refurbished iPad but needn’t of been. There’s no scratches or mark and battery is brilliant. As far as I can see this was a very good purchase.

    So disappointed will be giving it one week before deciding if to return. Came in bubble wrap, no charger,0%,The keyboard language is in mandarin and doesn’t reset when removed, the audio does not work on videos and apple ID will not function, didn’t even realise it was refurbished just saw the sale and believed it’d be a good Christmas gift, not worth it.

    iPad conforme à la commande et même bien plus 👌, comme neuf et fonctionne parfaitement…..bien évidemment il y a quand même un défaut et oui il y en à toujours un😅 la batterie qui ne tient pas trop la charge, mais soyons réaliste et à ce prix là c’est pas vraiment important enfin pour mon usage personnel… et je le rachèterais si c’était à refaire

    I bought this I pad for my grandchildren (11 & 8 )for Christmas… I bought a refurbished one as all they do on it is play games…. As far as I know it’s fine … Just takes a little longer to charge up.
