I’ve used it for diving and kayaking. Design means it folds back on itself to meet any size. Felt very secure.

Honestly disappointed beyond believe. There is no description about size on the website so had to use apple.com to find the details and the original strap is one size fits most at 130mm to 200mm and the XL is suppose to be 130mm to 250mm which you would assume is 50mm longer but no it only the one side of the strap that is 250mm long so in total your strap will be 350mm long. A friend bought this for me while in Dubai and I stay in South Africa and now I can’t even return the strap for a refund and support doesn’t want to assist me. Will never buy something from Amazon again.
