Came with huge chunks of paint and even metal of the Apple Watch missing, and also took an hour to turn on due to the 76% battery health (which is illegal to sell on Amazon by the way) the minimum is 80%, I requested a refund within an hour of receiving the delivery, don’t bother with grade mobile they don’t care about quality.

The watch was packaged lovely, it was brand new and works well with my phone. I did t know you couldn’t receive calls, texts or messages if you didn’t have WiFi connection or internet. Shame really. I would highly recommend a renewed item again.

J’ai acheté en « excellente etat » pour finalement me retrouver avec une montre entièrement chargée qui ne dure que 2h… la batterie est défectueuse ! Je vais devoir en acheter une neuve chez Apple.

I need someone to speak with, I cannot keep using this stuff, it’s useless to me now. How can I track my daily exercise when most of the time the battery is dead and the watch is on charge.
It’s useless to me now.
I should have gone for a new one.

The first watch I bought for my wife (excellent condition) was fine and as described. However in under four months, with very little use, the battery was at 78% and needed replacement. In truth the charge was poor right from the beginning but I didn’t know how to check it. I asked for a refund but was refused. They state they will only repair or replace. They replaced it with the one in the pics. What a mess. Scratches everywhere. They’ve offered to replace again. I’ve declined. I’ll chase Amazon for refund. Do yourself a favour, save yourself a lot of hassle and disappointment. Buy a new one
