Watch is lovely, came promptly and safe. Seller is great, but the battery doesn’t even last a full day, I use it often, but not that often. It’s a shame

Absolutely thrilled with this purchase. My other watch was damaged and didn’t work. I now have a working watch – that looks and feels great. I’m back to being able to answer my phone calls on the watch if my mobile isn’t near me – love that!! It was reasonably priced and looks and works like new! Highly recommend using this company!

I ordered an Apple Watch Series 5 40mm (renewed, excellent condition) for my wife on 27 March 2025 and received it on 28 March. Unfortunately, the battery health was only 76%, below the expected minimum of 80%. It drains like crazy. To avoid myself another £95 for a battery change. So, I returned it via Royal Mail Special Delivery on 29 March and received my refund and reimbursement postage cost on 16 April 2025. Salute to the company for the smooth process.

Bought the refurbished watch described as excellent condition, the scratches were so deep. They did offer me a 10% discount which I accepted initially having not actually used the watch by this point. On charging to 100% it went to 16% within 3 hours!
Local phone shop advised me to return the watch as the battery replacement would not be worth doing on such an old model . Gutted is not the word!
Seller was very responsive however products need to be checked better before advertised and dispatched to avoid future disappointment.

My wife is over the moon with her Apple Watch, apart from a non original charger, box or instructions which you can set it up online. Everything is perfect no scratches dings or dents a brand new strap etc. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The refurbished watch came quickly but was provided with a broken strap
I’ve tried to report this but the “ contact seller” option has not been working
Fortunately I’ve been able to reuse the strap from my old Apple Watch
The strap & charger supplied with the watch were very poor quality & the fixing section of the strap is missing a part so slides off the watch
