Brand new Apple Watch series 9 which is almost identical to series 10 but half the price. I did the research compared the 9 v 10 and apart from different glass and body no difference. What’s not to love. Very happy with seller and delivery and watch was brand new. However, I actually sent it back within 24 hours. Absolutely nothing to do with the seller but disappointed with the Apple watch. Having had a Fitbit versa 3 for 2 years I thought it was time for an upgrade but how disappointing. This is a personal thing I’m sure I’ll have haters. The watch design is very nice it’s light and looks stunning. My issues are this: 1. Battery life, after a full charge and wearing it 10 hours in cinema mode it was down to 54% that’s not good and apparently this is normal. My 2 year old Fitbit will still last 5 days after constant use. 2. Does not show steps, you have go into the app to see steps unlike Fitbit. I want to see my activity without scrolling through or looking at phone. 3. So many apps it’s just too fiddly and too small to navigate. For me it just doesn’t do anything that a cheaper smart watch doesn’t do. You really are just paying for the brand. Don’t get me wrong I love Apple products, I have an iphone, a MacBook etc but the watch for me just doesn’t live up to the hype – very very disappointing.

Nice watch easy to pair. Have had Fitbit before which have longer battery duration but function on the Apple Watch makes up for the short battery time.

Very disappointed. I paid extra for ‘Renewed – excellent’. The page describes this as ‘no signs of cosmetic damage (scratches etc.) when held at 30cm’. Several scratches are obvious at this distance. Now I have to return it at my own inconvenience. So annoying being lied to when just trying to be a more sustainable consumer.

After a slight disappointment with delivery which was all sorted . . . Thank you! The watch its self which was brought as refurbished is great. I can’t tell the difference from a brand new one. It is replacing an Apple series 3 watch and so far I’m very pleased with it and it’s advanced features.
