Lovely sofa amazing quality really comfortable. The material is lovely and very soft. The head rests are great they move to how you want them. The sofa bed great and very easy to use. Sofa is extremely comfy, exactly what we wanted. Sturdy, great storage space too.
It comes in 2 pieces which are quite heavy.
We had to move it to the 2nd floor ourselves and we were unable to maneuver it though the stairs (as the sofa is massive). We had to get it through the garden.
The only issue is customer service. There were issues with delivery, the delivery window was missed and at a point where I have asked for a refund, the sofa was promised to be delivered on a certain day. Delivery was just before midnight on that day.
Right now I am still trying to contact the seller and I am being ignored.

Overall it’s a really good quality sofa. Not only is it comfortable, it also adds a nice detail to the room. The one thing I wish I had known beforehand was that the backing wasn’t quite what I originally expected it to be, but that’s no major issue considering it can be fixed with pillows. It didn’t take too long to be delivered either in fact it actually came early. I have to add that the delivery drivers were incredibly helpful as well.

Do not buy, save yourself the hassle
When the sofa finally arrived it was missing parts and was badly damaged, the delivery delivers were helpful and assured me that I would get the replacement in about 3 days time. After a week of chasing up with the owner of Supersofas, I was ignored most of the time and not told any info. It took them over a week to deliver the replacement and missing parts. And may I add they treat their delivery drivers horribly! The poor delivery man had to unload the replacement and then take the damaged part all alone whilst another man he was with just stood there and told him what to do!
It’s a nice sofa but I do not recommend this company
