Outstanding little computer! Small, quiet, and plenty of power with connectivity. This is my first ACES product; impressed so far and it compares well with better known brands. Just purchased the ACES with an Ultra 9i for my office setup.

I bought this to replace another mini computer that had a catastrophic power failure. The first one suffered a burned out component on the motherboard just inside the power input causing it to quit working, so I got this one. I purchased this on on 4/22/25. On 5/23/25, this one also suffered a power failure of some kind, causing IT to longer work at all. It wasn’t a burned out component as far as I can tell, but nevertheless, it won’t power up anymore. These problems are unrelated, however, it doesn’t make me feel very confident going forward when considering whether or not I should purchase another mini desktop computer. They seem, at least in MY experience, to be very unreliable.

I ordered two from this vendor and both did not work. I ordered the same product from a different vendor, and the product it great. Not sure if this vendor hand a bad batch or what. I did get a refund with no issies.

Great little box for the price. Love the form factor. It’s only slightly larger than my trackball. Quiet, and doesn’t seem to get too hot. It’s been running for several months without issue. Seems to have plenty of performance for business use. Wish it had a few more USBs, but not really a big issue since you can stick on a USB hub.
