   First laptop purchased after many many years on a desktop.
   I read lots of reviews and this was the best screen size for a light weight laptop.
   Battery life is short in my opinion but I think my expectations were that it was supposed to last all day!
   Got confused by the 365 option
   It’s great value for money
   It’s light weight

   I was surprised and rapidly disappointed that this product did not ‘recognise’ bandwidth available in my home. AS a result it was slow to the point of dial up networking from the mid 1990’s, and became impossible to work with. Alongside other laptops. HP, Apple (an 11 year old Apple iMac), Lenovo, it performed very badly and after asking for a replacement I eventually returned it. A month of frustration and added immensely to the challenge of starting a new job.

   My old mac died after 14 years of dedicated service, I needed a replacement portable took me 6 weeks to realise what I needed due to new job.

   Even though this is marked as a laptop its actually a cloud based laptop and no not a chromebook style.

   You have the weight of a laptop and this machine can handle everything I have thrown at it.

   The battery when not on charge does last a couple of hours pending on what work I am doing however the battery is sealed inside so you can’t pop it out like you could with the older styles. The fan is near-on-silent.

   Good laptop for what I paid which was £550. Overall has pretty good specs for the price and is upgradable if you want more RAM or storage space. I really like the touch screen for Uni work and the 14” size is pretty good to carry around. I thought it had backlight keyboard but it didn’t. Also, it didn’t come with a pen for the touchscreen, but I already had one.

   Pros:
   – Price was very good for the specs.
   – Upgradable RAM and storage.
   – Very sturdy

   Cons:
   – Chassis flexes around the keyboard but it is not noticeable if you are not pressing very heavily.
   – Camera quality is pretty bad. I have an USB 1080p camera, so it wasn’t a deal breaker for me.
   – Doesn’t have backlight keyboard

   Ummmm it’s a very good laptop but it doesn’t look anything like the picture ? The screen quality was quite poor when I was setting it up but it looks good now and when it fold you can’t really see the screen as it goes black but I guess privacy is good heh
