Necesitaba renovar mis auriculares. Anteriormente usaba con cable, pero decidí probar estos inalámbricos por las buenas reseñas.
Decir que soy (casi) sordo. Y tenía el miedo que el volumen no llegase a cubrir mi perdida (por eso usaba con cable, ya que puedes subir bastante el volumen). Pero una grata sorpresa, Me sobra volumen.
Viene muy bien embalado y equipado para poder usarlos conforme llegan. Enchufar el soporte/emisor al adaptador de enchufe. Conectar el cable al televisor y soporte/emisor (ya sea el mini-jack o el cable óptico. Ya incluidos) encenderlos y listo. Se conectan automáticamente.
Calidad de sonido buena y sin distorsiones (estoy casi sordo y entiendo los diálogos de series y películas).
¿Qué los hay mejores? claro que si. Y también mucho más caros (lo anteriores con cable me costaron casi el doble que estos).
Muy buena compra. Por ponerle un pero, me gustaría alguna forma de saber el nivel de volumen seleccionado y estado de la batería. Ya sea con una app o menú accesible cuando lo conectas a la TV.
PD: conectados a un TV samsung sin smart Tv por puerto de audio óptico.

I bought these for my Dad who lives in a retirement flat and was worried he had his tv up too loud for the neighbours. Really straight forward to fit. The volume control on the headset is a little small/fiddly for his arthritic fingers so easier for him when he takes them off to do it but fine for most people. He also says they squeeze his ears even with the headset expanded for a larger head but I found them super comfy – I think he finds anything different takes a little time to adjust to so they’ll be fine with practice. Can be set up to have others hear the tv and control the volume separately or to have the sound just in the headset. They also link to other devices so ideal for tablets, music etc. I would definitely recommend them for use and ease of set up as well as sound quality.

I dont normally write reviews, however I felt I should for this product. I purchased these headphones because I had previously bought 2 different makes and they didn’t perform as I expected. But these Avantree are perfect for my needs. I am an elderly lady who is extremely hard of hearing. And I have struggled for a long time not being able to hear the TV. After buying several brands that didn’t perform and broke after a short time. I plumped for the Avantree although a little bit more expensive they are well worth the money I have used them for a little time now and find the sound quality is great. They are so easy to use the docking station is great. I cannot fault these head phones in every aspect. To me they are perfect for my needs. I highly recommend them. I must add I did have a very small glitch with them after a short time so I contacted Avantree and the service they provided was amazing, they responded so quickly. and they resolved this issue really fast.

Best to buy. Easy to set up. Good port to leave in to charge when not in use. Excellent sound and comfortable, light weight, easy to use buttons on headset to pause, lower volume. Best bit is you can have these on and still have sound on for others in room to watch and listen to TV OR you can just listen with these if alone and have TV on mute. Buying another pair for another room.

Bought these headphones in September 2024. As soon as I opened the box, I realised that they were very flimsy and very delicate. Consequently, I’ve treated them very carefully. Unfortunately, they have dropped to pieces after just five months and five days. The headphones are comfortable, always connect straight away and the charging dock makes them easy to charge and to store when not in use. The problem is with the delicate pieces of the rotating ear cup that join with the head band. The construction is just too weak and weedy. So, if your’e looking for headphones, look elsewhere.
Update April 2025. After posting my initial review, I was contacted by Avantree Support. They very kindly offered me a replacement headset free of charge. Kate from Avantree made the whole replacement process very easy and the new headphones were with me in under 24 hours. The new headphones appear to be of better construction and more robust than the originals. A big thank you to Kate and Avantree support. Customer support as good as this is fantastic.

I bought this headset last for my mum. She is hard of hearing and so she and my dad have a constant struggle with the TV volume. This headset has been a game changer. It works brilliantly and she absolutely loves it.
The only downside is the headset appears to have a design flaw. As others have noted, after a while the headband crack and then breaks apart. My mum’s headset lasted just under a year so I contacted Avantree customer support. I have to say they were absolutely amazing. Special mention to Jeany at Avantree who was wonderful. She sorted out a replacement headset quickly and without any fuss. She then kept in contact to make sure the replacement had arrived and was working fine. Really very impressive.
So, tricky to decide how many stars. Clearly there is an issue with the design and it will probably break, but until then it’s brilliant and if it breaks within the 12 month warranty period Avantree customer support will sort it. Obviousl;yy if it had failed just outside the warranty period I would have been less than pleased. Overall I’m going to go with five stars because of that excellent customer support. As a result of that I’d certainly buy Avantree products again and hopefully by the time my mum’s replacement headset breaks they might have a new model available.

Nice. fits nicely I wear hearing aids in both ears so pleased i can take them out and use them . also wear glasses and they don’t interfere with them . Quality is nice. Simple to set up even for me. Overall think these are excellent for my use 😀 👍

I first tried an Ansten set, which produced a lot of static, and a Sony set, which required the TV volume on. I returned those 2 sets and purchased the Avantree Ensemble. I’m very pleased with the setup, product quality, and the sound quality. Prior to purchase, I had a couple questions for Avantree, so I reached out to them by email. Their response (Rie) was prompt and clarified my concerns. As a result, I’m very pleased with my purchase!
