I did read the reviews for this item and people seemed happy. I think I received a defective item as the puck and part that is put into the machine gets jammed and doesn’t work properly. At first I thought it was just me as it then started to slot in ok and I didn’t have any more issues for about a month but then it started being difficult again. The coffee wasn’t coming through at all and even the milk steamer stopped working and I clean it down after every use and wash all the components. It’s pretty much useless now as the puck usually gets stuck the handle gets stuck the coffee doesn’t come out and I’ve been trying to return it for over a month now but Amazon send me to Beko who send me back to Amazon. I’ve wasted so much time trying to troubleshoot and back and fourth between Beko and Amazon which I don’t have. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this machine from my own experience. I had a different machine for 4 years and never had a problem, used it every day and even took it with me and it always worked perfectly. Still haven’t managed to resolve the issue or return for a refund despite many many attempts. No one will accept responsibility for who it should be dealing with the issue. Amazon have actually been more helpful than Beko who take ages to get hold of and then just push back to Amazon

Excellent coffee machine, I’ve switched from DeLonghi coffee machine to this for ease considering my previous machine made only espresso and had a separate decent frother. Beko surely made making excellent coffee easier with just a touch of a screen with excellent froth.
You may read a few reviews complaining about the coffee not being hot which got me worried when I placed the order. The coffee temperature is perfect, you’re not supposed to be drinking boiling coffee anyway.
This is a quality product, feels and looks premium. Go for it!!

Excellent little product absolutely does its job and more we bought it for a ambulance crew room and well all I can say is it is being used well and for the price and the size it is amazing how it holds its own and keeps on going overall very impressed did not think it would make it past the first few weeks might as well almost 6 months now and still going strong would highly recommend.

Love this machine. The reason for the dropped star was that the wand cleaner was missing that cleans the milk tube I did get in touch to see if they could send me a replacement but they did not have any. But I must admit they gave me a refund of £19 . Was able to buy water bottle straw cleaner which does the job.

I love this coffee maker!
For our regular coffee I put milk & sugar in the cups, warm in the microwave, then put cup under machine and select Double Espresso.
For Cappuccino I fill the cups with hot water and leave to stand while I get the machine ready. Next I empty the cup, add sugar and place under the machine and select Cappuccino. It fills my cup with delicious Cappuccino and I sprinkle a little drinking chocolate power on top.
If you warm the cups up with hot water first then Cappuccino and Latte are perfectly hot enough.
When removing the milk container for cleaning I recommend holding a dish cloth under the spout to catch the drips. Rinse milk container, fill with water and refit to machine, put a mug under the machine, and press the milk jug button to flush out any milk residue. I flush it twice to make sure.
I would recommend this coffee maker.

Easy to use and looks good however there is one big problem, it just doesn’t heat the milk up enough and every coffee is luke warm. You need to microwave the milk first which then makes the rest of the machine pretty pointless. A shame as otherwise this would be really good

For the budget price this is the best grind your own coffee machine I have used. Unlike DeLonghi models (I have had a few) which drip like crazy and blow their seals regularly after about a year, this is no trouble at all. It has a limited range of functions, but when you get to know them, you still have flexibility. The pressure is good enough. The milk frother works well. And it is all very quick – ready to go in less than 10 seconds after turning on. As I say, no dripping, and primary espresso function does not seize up. Also, much easier than some to descale. It tells you when to do this. And it’s smaller than most – fits into limited kitchen space. Not much bigger than a Nespresso.
