Right out the box ; problems . This thing whistles louder than a jet engine . Reel return stopped working after just 3 uses . Basically this is a cobbled together piece of trash . DO NOT BUY ….

Not to bad the suction is good but hard to push along the carpet the main issue is that one of the three HEPA filters is it nightmare to get clean when the other two can be washed out easily but the third is hard work as hair and fluff get in bedded in it and I can’t see it lasting very long also it is nearly impossible to speak to a real person if I would have known this I would have not purchased it as you can’t explain your problems thanks Dean Michael 👍👍.

This hoover is only small but has great power. In my opinion it is far better than some other brands, costing exceedingly more money. It can pick up hair easily and the smaller brush makes short work of stairs and other areas where pet hair resides without you noticing until you sit down. Wish I had bought this earlier.
