Exceptional service!!! The drivers were amazing so nice and friendly! I love the sofa it’s excellent! Im going to be honest I expected it to not be as good as it is but I am extremely happy with it. The only thing that might get annoying is that the foot stool pads aren’t attached to the bases but I can sort this. What a bargain of a sofa and its massive! After countless sofa companies tried to get a big sofa up my narrow stairs at last I have a sofa I love. Thank you for the swift delivery and Exceptional customer service. Fast friendly delivery. There was some damage on one corner of the sofa the chusions aore big for the removable ends. The finish is not perfect. I don’t think it is worth the price should be selling for about £550.
As I have an event coming up and they are so faraway I can’t be asked to request a replacement but I would like a part refund for the damage and poor finish.
