Size stated are exterior measurements as the roof is bigger for rain fall-off. Storage area is MUCH smaller. Ordered a 7 x 4 shed but in reality its only 6 feet by 3 and a half feet…quite a difference. The steel sheets are paper thin too ……..until the shed was bolted to the concrete, the wind blew it across the yard. Also…be careful when constructing this shed. The paper thin metal sheets are , in effect, blades., and I have a good sized cut to prove it. If you want a sturdy shed, look elsewhere and go for wood.

I’m a bit of a diy nut and this shed is not difficult to assemble. The instructions are correct except for a couple of places where self-tappers are shown where in fact screws. But the doors are rubbish. You have to build them from the bits but the main thing is there are no rollers. They work with struggle.
I would suggest don’t buy this, put your money towards a decent wooden shed.

Definitely would NOT recommend this unit. My brother and I tried to assemble this today – the instructions are incredibly unclear and it is hard to know which way round items should be fixed. Still not finished it – we both needed a break from it! This system forces you to give at least one star – I’d prefer to give it none.

Absolutely. terrible product we are on day 3 and still working on the metal base instructions very unclear and totally useless not one written word of how to assemble just useless pictures which are as clear as dirt water . Please don’t buy this a waste of money and very frustrating to try to build I would give it minus 5stars if it was possible but as I have to rate it I have given it 1 star

This is an excellent flat packed shed, good value for the money. Each and every part is stamped with its own code and the instructions were very good in being able to assemble it – and even though some parts could have been clearer (e.g. it’s not immediately or obviously clear how / which way round the hangers on the door frame (for the doors) go), overall it was relatively easy. That said, it took 2 of us over three 1/2 hours to do the job (and you definitely need 2 people given some of the need to work on two different sides of the structure at the same time). One strange thing for me was there were more than enough screws (always good to have spares) but only just enough plastic washers and screwed covers: given the relative cheapness of these items, it would have been helpful to have a few more. But maybe that’s a bit picky! Overall, I’m delighted with the result and would be more than happy to buy other products from this supplier.

This item isn’t easy to put together the instructions tell you to bolt stuff but you can’t because the holes don’t line up. They say you can walk around inside standing upright ,you can’t. In fact I’m actually taller than the shed.
