   Horrendous quality product made with the cheapest materials available to them possibly even seconds that have been refused by other more reputable manufacturers! This product is so poorly made that I pretty much had to dismantle and remanufacture every single panel! The shed is made of 25mm x 25mm batten with overlap slats stapled to it! They didn’t even bother lining the batten up right so for 50% of the panels I had staples sticking through up to 2 inches to the side of the batten. The timber is Full of knots which to some extent is expected of a timber product but the sheer volume of knots in this leads me to think the timber used is seconds! The batten on at least 5 of the 12 supplied panels had knots right through them which caused them to snap and fall apart. Ive had to purchase additional timber to replace numerous pieces that literally fell apart as soon as they were unwrapped. This shed is absolutely full of holes where knots once were that have fallen out during the manufacture process that they have still sent out. There seems to have been ZERO quality control. there were no build instruction supplied despite the ad saying there would be. There is no way to contact the seller other than the amazon button to which ive had no response to my attempted contact over 2 weeks ago. The product turned up 3 weeks later than the delivery date stated with no contact from the seller. Even the felt supplied for the roof was so thin that it would rip apart as you lifted it. I could literally sit here for hours writing about every defect but to be quite honest, I’ve already wasted so much time on this product that I don’t want to waste any more! JUST STEER WELL CLEAR AND PURCHASE A SHED FROM A DECENT AND MORE REPUTABLE MANUFACTURER!!!!!!!

   No instructions, parts broken, warped wood and no amount of contacting seller got a response after their initial promise to send instructions. As we attempted to build following their online tutorials , it became clear that the exact same shed online , had different parts. It’s just a shed right? How hard can it be? NO …. Nothing fit , the numbered parts didn’t match and the bags of endless pieces of wooden parts was overwhelming and none fit anything. Building it was stressful and upsetting. Why didn’t I send it back ? We had help from a very competent carpenter. He was absolutely blown away by how badly designed it was and even he couldn’t work some of it out. In the end we made do. Yes our choice but we desperately needed the storage . Doesn’t change just how awful the customer support was and how poor quality the design and pieces were. Absolutely will never buy from them again. Los endlessly delayed delivery. Another reason we had little time to just crack on and build. Believe me , we NEEDED the space or it would have been sent right back. We had to buy wood at an extra expense to make the shed work. Avoid

   Wrong screw size sent so had to buy the right size at the hardware store same with the nails. Wood panels so mismatched leaving big gaps you can see through. Floor base so thin that you can feel your feet sinking on it. Just a terrible flimsy shed that’s not easy to put together as all the panels are of different sizes. Have had to mend and make do with extra wood and silicone. Complete waste of £420 would recommend giving this a wide Berth. If I wasn’t so skint after buying this I would buy a better quality shed from somewhere else.

   The shed was cheap but the quality is fine. It arrived really quickly and communication was good. The dimensions areas described and it’s straight forward to build but you will need to adapt the instructions as they were not really specific to the shed I ordered. In particular the instructions re the felt roof tell you to cut into 4 and with the required overlap as specified means they don’t provide enough felt. Simply cut into three as the widths are fine. All in all I can’t fault the seller the communication and the finished product is really good. Would buy again.

   There were no instructions, however a call to a very nice lady and we had a pdf set of pages. The phone number is on the bottom of the supplied item pages. The shed was then constructed by a single person in three hours.
   A piece of important advice is make sure you have a level base of concrete, slabs, gravel or timber. Do that and it’s all good.

   Arrived on a pallet, wrapped with all parts ready to go. Instructions weren’t included, but google does her job.
   It was a two hour build, by myself. The parts are lightweight and easy to handle. They are cut relatively well and close to perfect.:
   IF YOU ARE BUILDING A PRE-CUT WOODEN BUILDING IT WILL HAVE WARPED IN SOME WAY!!!
   If you are desperate for an out-building that will fall together immaculately, then good luck. Be patient with this product and enjoy building it.
   Ignore previous comments about not having enough roofing felt- this is nonsense. I had 20cm left over.
   ALL parts AND supplemental parts were all there.

   NOTE TO THE INEXPERIENCED:
   When the parts arrive, lay all parts flat and in a temperature that will be akin to when it is erected (Wood bends and warps according to its placement and its temperature).

   I found it easier to secure the screws by using a number 3 drill bit to create guide holes before using a standard screwdriver to screw them through.

   Was skeptical because I thought this would be thin and not very comfy – July 13, 2025

   I thought this would be atleast some sort of shelter to store bikes etc… It came on a pallet cellophane wrapped.. wasn’t till we opened it there was some peices broken off .. upon building with 0 instructions everything was severely warped nothing aligned together at all so it definitely won’t hold back the rain. We had to buy more wood and sealant to get it to some level of acceptable and cover the massive gaps.. very poor quality I know would warps and was expecting some peices not to fit together perfectly but some of the gaps was two to three inches 😕. The felt was ripped on arrival and was like paper so if you do purchase this shed be prepared for a nightmare trying to put it together and the sheer poor quality of it all
