This is a great mixer. I’ve only had a hand mixer before and have been wanting a stand mixer for quite some time. I have a teenage son who loves to bake and he was thrilled when he saw it in the kitchen. I love that this has a cover/shield to stop the splatters when my son is baking. He is a messy baker and doesn’t do a great job of cleaning up so my husband and I cringe when he wants to bake knowing that it will turn into a frustrating discussion. This greatly decreases his messiness. There is zero mess from the mixer, just the baker.
I love the three attachments and that you can easily see the speed setting on the digital screen. Having 11 different speeds is great. The mixer is relatively quiet compared to other mixers. It is great being hands free now so I can be working on prepping for the next step of the recipe. The tilt feature is also great for adding more ingredients or swapping the attachments. The red color is beautiful. My son thanked me for getting this a couple of days after he used it for the first time. He said every time he walks into the kitchen and sees it, he smiles. I highly recommend this stand mixer.
