I found I difficult to fix the handle into the mower body. Once it was levelled the screws went in. Easy to use, light weight.

Mower cuts ok, but very poor quality fittings with regard to the frames. The holes for the screws provided which attach the frames to the mower were too small and had to be drilled to enlarge them and they didn’t quite line up. This should not have been necessary and what should have been a 10 minute job assembling the mower turned out to be nearly 2 hours. I almost returned this product but decided it was less hassle to enlarge the holes than repackage the whole thing and take it to the collection point and then claim a refund. Also, there are no handles to attach to the frame for securing the cable after use. I had expected better from a German manufacturer, but sadly it seems to be evidence of their declining reputation for quality.

Good bit of kit. Easy to build and use. Lightweight machine. Favorite feature of this machine is without a doubt the way the grass is cut. The grass is shredded extremely fine. Making it easier to compact and dispose of.

I don’t really write reviews but I had to for this one… this is the worst lawn mower I have ever had in my life. If you are cutting a lot of grass, the blade cannot move the grass effectively out, which means the grass collects around the blade and eventually clogs it up. The result is the lawn mower stops working, and if you have slightly longer grass like I did, the lawn mower stops working every 20 seconds. When it stops working, you have to wait about 30 seconds for it to come back online again, even if you clear out the blade. The only way I could successfully get this to work was to hold the lawn mower on its two front wheels so all the grass would spray out everywhere (which kind of eliminates the purpose of the basket on the back).
I would give this lawn mower a zero if I could… I literally cannot mow the lawn with it, and I expect now that I’ve used it I will have a difficult time returning it. So now I have a £100 useless ornament for my garage as I expect I will have difficulty returning it now it is covered in grass.
