Electronic Prestige –
Ottima potenza e capacità di taglio. Buono il sistema che inverte il moto e fa “effetto colpo d’accetta” permettendo il taglio anche dei rami più grandi. Un po piu pesante rispetto all’elettrico, ma la fatica è ampiamente ricompensata dalla mancanza del cavo, e comunque è ben bilanciato. Autonomia buona, ma per lavori lunghi sono necessarie le batterie più capienti (4 o 6Ah). Con le 2Ah, si lavora in continuo poco più di mezzora. La combinazione ideale per grandi lavori sono 2 batterie da 6Ah: considerando i tempi di taglio e pausa per la pulizia, nel frattempo che si esaurisce una batteria, l’altra è già completamente carica e si può lavorare praticamente all’infinito. Vedremo la durata nel tempo e la qualità di affilatura delle lame.

Blade didn’t stay sharp for very long. And the balance is not good! Next time I will look at a different make. Don’t buy this till you have done your homework. Shame as I’ve always liked Bosch

I now own both the battery-powered and corded versions of this hedge trimmer. Today, I tried out the new battery-powered model, and for some reason, it doesn’t seem as sharp or run as smoothly as the corded one. That said, you don’t have to fuss with a cord anymore, and it’s a bit better balanced in hand. Surprisingly, it feels lighter, even with the 36V 6Ah battery attached, which weighs about 900 grams or a kilo.

Really nice bit of kit. Very effective, working hard but got through close to inch thick bamboo too. My 6ah battery lasted a long time with this too.
