Unhappy Baker. –
Great machine. Unfortunately it was a replacement for a Hisense machine that was faulty. Returning the Hisense machine has been a nightmare 😞 and still sits packed and ready for a pick up that never comes 15 days now. The cherry 🍒 on the cake was they blamed me for the non pick up. It was ready and my security cameras prove that no one attempted a pick up. So beware 😏

Well it’s a Bosch what else but fantastic product. Bought this at a fantastic price it was £80 cheaper than Cxxxxx plus free delivery. The delivery company were great kept me up to date with everything.

Extremely disappointed.. for the price a shockingly small drum for 9kg. You will struggle to wash a double duvet and it was cause an uneven load. Both my dryer and previous washing machine were 9kg and easily fit bigger sheets and duvets.
Also the spin should just be an added option like you have on A&G / Electrolux machines – clothes always come out fully dry and no need to manually go and put it on spin for another 15 min.
If you are paying this much, do yourself a favour and get the AEG / Electrolux, you will be so grateful. You can customise the cycles and they cost the same.
Overall I’m really disappointed as I got this machine for my parents and to help them but wish I’d gone with the AEG model I have instead.

Our old Bosch washing machine had died – we had had it many years! Replaced with this model, which was pretty close to our old one, but obviously updated. So far, so good. It’s washing, rinsing, and drying well – as expected. Seems pretty calm when doing so. No complaints.

Great washing machine. Very quiet even on spin it is still quite. I like the stop feature during wash where you can put the sock you forgot back in. You can take time off your washes when you start too make it shorter. And again it’s Quite.
